Hi Red, 👋 yes you were steadily heading for a wee break down darl, but you'll be right mate. Aussie girl. Oh I subbed ☺️ 😊
ur boobies are growing bigger every episode !!!!
Can I suggest Deadwood? U and Ash should definitely react to it. It's probably the best written/acted series in TV history.
Hi totally thought you were Sansa Stark actress you could play her descentent just have to say you are beautiful
@@patrickcrippen880agreed 💯 percent
Tyrions speech still gives me goosebumps! It felt like it came from Peter as well as his character it was brilliant acting with a sad hint of real life emotion!
... it came from a book
@@noroses4you LOL
@@noroses4youI bet you're real fun at parties and have a great imagination
@@softhands3394 Well it did, straight from the book lol
@@rastiga9196yea I get it but it's unnecessary, it's like watching someone sing a great song and then shout "he's just reading lyrics!"
Yea obv it's not magic but comments like that little by little kill the wonder that's left in this world
Seeing your tears as Shae testifies is a testament to your love of Tyrion’s character. Tyrion is my favorite; he’s the best.
then get butchered by D&D 😂
book tirion is but another beast ;)
@@AbyssWatch3rI'm not sure he would have remained people's favorite if he went the book route. Would've have been a lot of fun to see it though
@@joshhutton9534 that's my point, it's Dumb and dumbers fault
An Tyrion is still going strong 👊🏽
As soon as Shae said "I'm a whore, remember?" that explained it all IMO. She is mad at him, this is all spite.
I agree for the most part. But I do sense Cersei's hand in it as well. At least when it comes to the parts about Sansa.
@@darth856Yeah, Cersei took advantage of her anger and manipulated her into testifying. Shae never had a chance in King's Landing.
The fact that she agreed to sll this was thst she genuenly gtew to love him.
He then sent her off wich then tirned love to hate. And here we are.
Also we find her banging Tywin later. So it is likely his doing.
and Cersei obviously got her hands on her or she wouldn't be there. I wonder what other option Shae had if she wanted to survive...
Shae so thoroughly believed all he did was cowardice, betrayal and cruelty on his part that she probably didn't need a helluva lot of convincing. She would never be able to believe he did it to get her out and safely somewhere else. She lied and made stuff up, but there was truth behind some of her testimony. "Hell hath no fury..."
This was the first episode of the best 5-episode run in TV history. GoT S4E6-10 are absolutely incredible.
4 of those episodes have a 9.6+ on IMDB, all are in the top 13 episodes of the whole show. That’s quite a cluster, and all are well earned.
Probably the best 5 episodes of the show, for sure. I'm thinking Chernobyl might be my pick for 5 eps
@timothybrown5999 Absolutely agree. All of them aside from Mockingbird immediately stand out in my mind when thinking about the greatest episodes of the whole show. Watchers on the Wall is my personal favorite episode of the entire show and it is absolutely the peak of this incredible string of episodes.
The end of Season 6 (and thereby the entire show) is magnificent as well.
Battle of the Bastards
Winds of Winter
What a way to end it on a high note. I can't believe they didn't make more seasons after that.
Last 5 episodes of BrBa are up there as well. Also last 5 of season 4 were great.
Tyrion's speech was pure fire & venom. One of the best non-combat scenes in the series.
This monologue (Tyrion) was GOT at it's finest! Great reaction Hannah. ♥️ Thanks for sharing this with us
Too bad she couldn't pay attention to that speech, being too overwhelmed by Shae.
@@interstellar.overdrive Shae 😫🥴🤬
In the books, Tyrion and Shae were not in love, he just really liked her, and he knew she what she was, he just really liked her anyway. The show developed their relationship, so it hurt even worse. The only thing they left out of the show, that I think would have really hit hard, was she would always call him "My giant of Lannister" to flatter him, and she told the court she would call him that. And everyone laughs and something dies inside him. It's really heartbreaking all on it's own.
Standing Ovation for Peter Dinklage! He won Awards for that performance!
He actually didn't win any. Unfortunately for Dinklage, he was competing against Aaron Paul in season 5 of Breaking Bad who put on one of the greatest acting performances ever
It tool me FOREVER to figure out how Shae came back... moments after Jeoffry dies, Tywin yells "seal the gates, seal the Harbour, no one leaves the city" she was on a Ship in the harbour
yeh?
Oh I was wondering about that too, thanks for providing the answer 😄👍
I think tywin found way before about shae and had her around yk
"I'll allow him to join the Night's Watch." They made that same offer to Ned and we know how that turned out.
He’d never have made it there, Cersei would have gotten him.
@@stevepirie8130 It is unlikely that the Northerners would be happy to have a Lannister on their Wall from the family that executed their king)
Literally what he says in the books.
@@ВалентинЖданов-р9е I think jon would save him they kinda becam friends
Finally the episode I’ve been waiting months for! I’m so excited to see Hannahs reaction to Tyrions speech. I’m already tearing up
The last time he was on trial he was going to "Fly" through the moon door. He also demanded a trial by combat. He asked for his brother as champion. Instead Bronn had to fight, and saved him. Its a nice S1 callback here.
Tyrions trial is one of the best scenes in GoT. Never gets old
The Shae situation is one of the first examples of when the show runners decided to depart from the book.
In the books Shae was never portrayed as this noble, love lost paragon of virtue who loved Sansa and Tyrion.
She was portrayed as what she was. A somewhat mercenary prostitute who was using Tyrion as much as he was using her.
She loves Tyrion on the show, but I think you are really pushing it with "noble paragon of virtue". She had many unflattering characteristics. People just choose to overlook that until this episode.
@@darth856I see it largely like that. To me it was about upward mobility. She hit a ceiling with Tyrion so she found another ladder.
@@heyskipj Yep exactly. I even see when Tyrion finally sent her away and she broke down in tears as all an act. She wasn't hurt any more than she felt her easy road, her payday might have been over then. So... she did the next best thing. Not spoiling for Hannah, but just think back to Episode 2 of this season, early in the episode, before Shae was sent away. Not saying any more than that but its a hint.
Doesn't really matter what was "in the books". In the show that wasn't the story lol
@@darth856 There are some issues with her characterization in the show. Her actions ARE really bratty and selfish but she is always portrayed in a positive light.
Everybody is commenting on the courtroom scene as they SHOULD because it's brilliant, but I have to bring up the comment you made about the costumes in different places because the costuming department really popped off in this show! The costuming department planned out each part of the realm, their culture and trades, what raw materials they would have to make clothing with, and jumped off from there like they really planned it all out. Lots of detailwork was hand stitched too can you imagine?? I'm a tailor by trade and the wardrobe detail on this show constantly blows me awayyyyy.
Shay seemed to fit the addage: "hell hath no fury like a woman scorned"
@3:42: making a demon smoke baby with Melisandre actually took a physical toll on him. The dark arts suck life out of people. In season 3, he’s asking Melisandre to create another smoke baby and she implies it would kill him - ‘your fire is burning low, my King’.
I just realize "You will father a children named Lannister", Tywin actually believe the Rumors XD
Shae just did the same thing she's been doing the whole time...putting Tyrion in danger.
"I've been on trial for being a dwarf my entire life" That hit deep down, you really know he felt that when he said those lines
As a trauma survivor, I can understand Theon's fear. Alfie the actor does a phenomenal job. It's so so sad. Absolute Stockholm Syndrome
It's not Stockholm Syndrome. He has dissociated. The torture broke his brain and to protect him, split his personality in 2.
Stockholm Syndrome isn't real, you should look it up it's quite interesting. It's not recognized in the medical field. It was basically invented out of the blue by the Swedish police to explain why former hostages were criticizing the police after being freed (which in reality was because the police messed up the situation).
Knock it off 😂
@@mamakat114 Stockholm Syndrome isn't actually real. You can look it up...
Shae was the trope played right. In movies they always do the "make the person think you don't love them so that they leave because it's what's best for them as a sacrifice" trope, but then its ALWAYS followed by, "person finds out they only did it for their best or calls them on it and they fall deeper in love"-trope. Except this time we can see what would happen if the person actually believed it. If she actually thought, "He just used me as a who_e the whole time and then discarded me and I have to go and sell myself like trash... but hey if I do what his family wants me to I'll at least get some good money, whatever, I'm not gonna pass up this opportunity, screw that guy!" It's sad, and it's tragic, but it's also a bit refreshing in hindsight because the good guy always expects that somehow his sacrifice is noble and will be rewarded and real life doesn't work that way. A scorned woman who's humiliated will do a LOT!
It was better in the books when she never really loved him and was just using him for money. Tyrion was just lying to himself
She never loved him. She was always a whore just pretending.
tyrion was also just using her@@ben1ben2ben1
@@ben1ben2ben1 Its the same in the show though. She didnt love him
@@fived9424Lol not true
Don be hard on Theon, yes he’s got his fair share of guilt for his actions but now he’s just a completely broken man, psychologically terrorised and tortured into submission.
The scene with Yara and Theon illustrates exactly the power of everything Ramsay did to him.
The fake rescue when he freed Theon only to bring him back taught Theon not to to trust rescues. And battering his new identity into him, punishing any wavering. A truly masterful demonstration of how a human being can be broken by torture.
I remember when this episode aired. Lives were changed with Tyrion's monologue, especially for me, as a disabled teenager.
You are witnessing some of the best acting in all of GOT! These next few episodes blew my mind and the speeches being made in this particular episode…Jamie, Tyrion, Tywin and even Varys, were awe inspiring and delivered in such a light…you realize the importance of the show. Thank God humanity grew past much of this behavior. These families yo…oh hells NO 😮
I wasn’t sure about Shae’s testimony either cus I thought she was just hurt and took hurting him back too far, but after thinking it through I believe she was simply jealous and truly believed Tyrion wanted Sansa, because in her testimony she accused Sansa of planning the murder with him, so I don’t see why she’d put Sansa in danger if she had good feelings towards her.
Peter Dinklage's performance is freaking amazing here!! Goosebumps every time! Also check the blooper of this episode Hannah, it's gonna calm you down 😁
Hannah gave us an amazing reaction, and Peter Dinklage gave us an amazing performance. I can't wait to see this continue for Hannah.
The Legendary Speech..no word's needed just Unlimited Clapping no matter how many times I watch Peter Own that scene 🎉👏🔥🐉
This was genuinely an amazing reaction! So much pure honesty and emotion coming from you, that's awesome. You're beautiful too!
Tyrion's confession is one of the most absolutely fucking gangster, big dicked, visceral, monumentally balling moments in the history of television
Wow Hannah, that was such a transparent reaction, so enjoyable, also i believe its Ash editing your videos? Amazing job 👍
Thankyou so much!!!! Ash doesn’t do any of my editing now, he’d never sleep if he had to do both our channels hahaha xxx

OMG, this trial scene is heartbreaking!
Hands down the best acting in a TV series i have ever seen. Seen it countless times and still gives me goosebumps. Cheers
This episode through to the end of this series is one of the greatest stretches in TV history.
This show is known for going downhill after this. You can have a minority opinion but don’t lie about it…
That’s your opinion. Let her enjoy the rest. It’s still good.
Meanwhile this opinion is the greatest stretch of the truth in internet comment section in history!! 🤣🤣
And the most disappointing.
Not ya’ll dogpiling someone like this over an option… And a positive one at that. Let people like things? Jesus fucking Christ.
all these years later and tyrions speech still feels so good
i remember watching it for the first time and feeling so much relief at someone just letting all their feelings of injustice on this show out, like it felt like i was the one venting it all while watching every bad thing happen in this show lmao
Man, i love hannah now!! How can she have ALL those emotions! And switching so fast! Its amazing!
This one was wildly fun! 😂
That was some raw emotion! 💐
Loved it like always!
Keep up the EPIC work 🤩
You just saw one of the most epic scenes of GOT. the TRIAL.
I can't love you more as a reactor. You're such a good person. I wish you all the best omg what a woman
The anger and passion I’m here for it hannah ❤🎉
25:04 when Hannah yelled, "SHAE!!!" i felt that 😆
The rollercoaster of emotions from the Tywin/Jamie scene to the surprise witness scene is hilarious.
*Jaime makes a deal with Tywin*
"Wait does that mean he can marry Brienne and have cute little babies with her?"
You are so me! Braime shippers unite! 😂❤
Me: well... I think their babies would not be so little😂😂
You can see Theon has been tortured brutally when he retains his identity as Theon and thinks of escaping or disobeying. He’s been denied baths for months now, starved to the point he earns living rats he caught with his crippled hands, and slept with dogs in the dark while doing grunt work in between skinning.
But when he doesn’t believe in the escape Yara offered Reamsy reinforced his obedience by allowing him to go un tortured and personally bathes him after he hasn’t been in an outrageous amount of time. You can imagine this sort of conditioning is hard to break.
He is Reek in this reality for him, thinking otherwise is pain.
Theon was proud man- now he is Reek where and second of peace is a reward given by Ramsey.
“Could Jaime marry Brienne?” If only Hannah were one of the writers.❤
Shae is a lover scorned. She's too dumb to realize that Tyrion lied to her, in order to hurt her and drive her away, for her own good. She's getting payback, and payback is a Shae.
GIRL IM CRYING WITH YOU! THIS WAS INSANE
It's almost more fun watching you watch Game of Thrones than it was watching it for myself lol!
i cried so hard over this scene. that peter's speech was the best scene of this show
Excellent Commentary Hanna! Watching with you is like watching it all over again years later!!!😍
So many people were surprised about Shea. But she was a whore, always was. Remember Tyrion saying to Bronn, “Have you ever known a whore to turn down gold?”
"I don't understand what's happened"
Don't worry Hannah, you're not alone. The Shae moment was gut wrenching for reasons outside of the show...
lol Hannah u are just as fascinating..as u are hilarious...luv ur thrones journey...such passion and emotion...wonderful reminder of the greatness of this show..
Tyrions trail is my personal favorite scene in game of thrones
Hannah is always so well dressed
“I’m in the doghouse. Not in trouble. In a house with dogs”
😂I
Tywin saw the opportunity to get what he wanted out of Jamie and took it. The quickness he said "done" when Jamie begged for Jamie's life. Phew!
And that's why Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) won 4 prime-time Emmy awards for best supporting actor.
Sorry, dear. Shae making eye contact and saying, “I’m a whore, remember?” is her making it plain that she’s doing this as revenge for him saying that.
I suppose she might think that Tyrion never loved her and used her because he said those awful things to try to save her, or … she might just be mad he sent her away.
But she’s motivated by emotion, not bribery.
The Red Wedding and other big moments get talked about a lot, but I’m with you that seeing her betray him this way is a gut punch to knock the wind out entirely.
Can’t wait to watch the next one. And the one after that… and after that….. lots of good reactions ahead.
I think the bribery is also a part of it, because it's a part of the emotion. Like a "I'm gonna screw him AND get paid and he's gonna see that I can use him too, instead of being used by him!" Shae was the trope played right. In movies they always do the "make the person think you don't love them so that they leave because it's what's best for them as a sacrifice"-trope, but then its ALWAYS followed by, "person finds out they only did it for their best or calls them on it and they fall deeper in love"-trope. A scorned woman who's humiliated will do a LOT out of spite!
@@Ottawajameswhile realistically it is possible, story wise it wouldn’t be a good move. It kinda makes shae’s betrayal loose it’s meaning. Their story is about how their love for each other led to the betrayal, so it makes sense that shae is doing this as revenge, it’s realistic and it’s good writing.
She also put some of the blame on Sansa, I don't know if she would do that on her own. Maybe if she knew Sansa was far away and they couldn't get to her.
A woman scorned.
Hannah, MamaKat is sending big hugs from Boston. I have seen this scene 30 times & i never cried like I did when you did.
I love how emotional you get Hannah 😢 just shows how much you love n by into the characters ❤️
Now we just have to wait another month before the next episode drops on TH-cam 😂
your reactions make my day. thank you for keeping me company Han!
The only consolation I can ever give GoT fans is that everybody eventually gets what they deserve - and usually in a VERY satisfying way.
Of course, until then, a lot of other people get far more than they ever deserved and it's pretty rough. For all the fumbles in the final season, the journey this show brought you on was truly magnificent.
Oh yes, it’s SHAE time. Hang on everybody.❤
Hannah: Ugh! This couldn’t get worse.
Me: Ooooooh but it can.
Watching this knowing what happens is WILD. I love it!
LOL aww bless Hannah, he reactions are so real.
Tyrions speech at the end is so fucking GOOD! That acting was 🔥🔥🔥🔥
This episode is Peak G.O.T.! Tyrion's final speech at that Trial G.O.A.T.ed him - and that Stare Down! 🔥🔥🔥
❤❤ Loved your reaction, very heart felt!! Also loved Tyrion's speach, very EPIC!! Keep the reactions coming, they make my day!!
Never heard the phrase "I'm poorly" before... or the use of poorly as an adjective for that matter. I learned something new today.... and now I'm taking a nap!
Shae's motives are left unexplained in the TV show. From previous scenes in the show it seems that Shae genuinely loved Tyrion so what caused the change?
Well we know that Shae can be rather petty and she didn't quite understand what her real situation with Tyrion actually was. Hence her reaction to Tyrion's tirade earlier in this season. I don't think she realized then or later Tyrion didn't mean any of it but was trying to save her. Shae's conflicted jealousy of Sansa also plays a role here. So yea I think petty spite plays a role here.
Now we know that by the time of the purple wedding Tywin and Cersi knew about Shae and Tywin makes a comment about bringing Shae to the tower of the Hand. Bronn says that he put Shae on the ship, but did he? We don't know and given Bronn's rather amoral attitudes and greed for wealth and position it is prefectly likely Bronn turned Shae over to Tywin. Bronn may like Tyrion but given the man's amorality I don't think him turning Shae over to Tywin unlikely. And even if Bronn was not involved I seriously doubt Shae got anywhere close to Pentos before Tywin got her.
So what did Tywin do to Shae? On the TV show we are never shown or told. My suspicion is psychological manipulation, threats, promises etc. It may have taken time to break Shae down and play upon her fears, hopes and anger at Tyrion sending her away. We don't know but given Tywin's cruelty and hatred of his son I suspect it wasn't pretty. Finally remember Tywin hates his son Tyrion, loathes him and in season two tried to have him killed. The simple fact that Tyrion won Shae's love would fill him with rage and destroying that love and turning Shae against Tyrion would be so satisfying to Tywin has a way to humiliate and hurt his son.
So I suspect Shae likely deserves some sympathy here, she is a puppet and the puppet master is Tywin. A great many comentators violently condemn Shae, as a colossal Evil Bitch for this. In my opinion the actual Evil Bitch is Tywin aided by Cersi.
** HANNAH DON'T READ, SPOILER COMMENT **
If Shae actually loved Tyrion, then how come when Tyrion saw her in Tywin's bed, her first reaction was to try and kill him as if he meant nothing to her?
Would she not instead be happy, or try to explain what happened?
If she DID love him, then she would have let Tyrion kill Tywin, and they would have ran away together and lived happily ever after.
According to the books, she never loved him and used him for his money.
@coffeesnail339
SPOILERS
Book Shae is different from the show. In the show, they make it clear she cares for Sansa and Tyrion, but in the books, she's using Tyrion as much as he's using her. When she says "I'm just a whore, remember?" There's heavy bitterness there. Shae loved Tyrion but she resented him because she believed he didn't do enough to show her he loved her.. despite him struggling with his duties to preform as a husband to Sansa. It was something they argued about a lot. As for her death scene, she reached for the knife not out of malice but fear. She knew Tyrion would be devastated to see her in Tywins bed and assumed he would strike first. She knew there was no coming back from what had happened. She assumed Tyrion had escaped, come to his father chambers to get revenge.. since she was there he'd kill her too. Was her thought process most likely. Which just shows how little she knows Tyrion. He would've never outright killed her unless she came at him first. I like the deviation from the books, just makes Tyrions story more tragic. Book tyrion isn't very nice compared to show tyrion. Just like Book Shae was less nice. The bitter romance really managed to dent Tyrions trust even more and spur on some crazy character development.
Shae was put on a ship a few hours before Tywin gave the order to block the harbour. Ships don't leave the moment you board them so it never did and she was found there. Or maybe even before, as Tywin asked she be brought to him before the wedding.
In any case, Shae has been in Tywin's control and all she can do to escape torture is say what she is told or thinks she needs to. Since her testimony fits with Pycelle's and Varys' it is probably the former. She's a disposable person without a family so has to "sell herself" to survive. That's why there is no spite but regret in the way she says "I'm a whore, remember?". She doesn't have a choice.
That is a very nice set,Hannah.😂 great reaction

Shae has reasons, because she believed Tyrion. Even Tyrion just wanted to protect her and send her away with "you re just a.... "... It's (somehow) understandable why she spoke against him.. . Love your GOT-reactions... And looking forward to next episodes... 👍👍👍
"you wouldn't want to write that at the end of christmas card" lmaoooooo
Tyrion's trial, his angry speech is my favorit in the whole series. The best f... part!
This is my favorite reaction channel, and I also think it would be awesome to have Ash show up at the end of the GOT videos to talk about it. You both have a great dynamic together 👍
Shae felt betrayed by Tyrion first, because he sent her away. You can tell she‘s emotional while testifying. It wasn’t just a bribe.
@22:00: How? Easy. Bronn turned her in to Tywin and Cersei instead of putting her on a boat. It’s the most logical explanation. And then, they pressured her and bribed her. She thought she was on her own, betrayed by Tyrion and reverted back to her old mercenary habits. Shae is receiving a lot of hatred for her betrayal but oddly enough, Bronn isn’t. Always thought it was weird.
Very possible which leads to Tywin making her his bed fellow on the quiet using the secret tunnels in the Red Keep.
I remember years ago my ex Mrs saying " aww...I love Tyrion and shae and their love, they are so perfect aren't they"
* Me sat there as a book reader trying to hide my chuckles behind a cup 😂

I JUST LOOOVE YOUR REACT TO MY FAV TV SHOW!
Well speaking about the T.B.C, "When a person is accused of a crime, especially when he or she is highborn, that person cannot be denied a trial where the highest ranking lord or lords sit in judgement. At any point before or during a trial, one can request a TRIAL BY COMBAT, in which the accuser and accused ask the gods to decide the issue between them. Knights, no matter their status of birth, cannot be denied a trial by combat, although a champion will fight in their stead."
From when the series was still using the source material and was great. Watching this after Seasons 7 and 8 just makes me shake my head.
Hey Hannah, hope this finds u well. My whole family has really enjoyed ur films, Thank u again for the heads up on them. Ur really good at calling scenes before they happen. I know its rough seeing the trial and shays betrayal. Thanx for another great reaction, take care, Peace

peter dinklage who played tyrion got an award for this speech
20:26 Tywin was also aware of Mance Rayder upcoming invasion to the wall so he figured he would die anyway.
Best monologue in tv history. I get chills every single time I hear it
I cannot wait for the next reaction! Please don’t make us wait weeks!😂
Never change, another great reaction Hannah
It's quite funny in the books because when Tyrion sees Shae on the stand, he thinks Cersei will have her servicing the men in the barracks within a fortnight, no matter what she promised.
Just fyi, in the Books it's actually Tyrion who is most like his father. We don't get to hear his inner monologue in the show and based only on his actions he's a great guy but trust me he has as much of a devious mind at times as Tywin has. And Tywin knows this, it's why he, even though he hates Tyrion, has never said a thing about him not being his flesh and blood.
Love your reactions, please never stop :)
