Sir, it's an excellent tutorial, I simply love it. I'm having difficulty in playing only one part where you strummed with your fingers one by one. It really sounds amazing, I'm practising it but that particular part is a little difficult.
Hi Twinkle r, thanks for the kind comments. The hand opening strum is something that you will be able to practice anywhere, even without your ukulele. Just close your strumming hand into a fist and practice opening your hand just one finger at a time starting with your pinkie through to your index finger. Keep at it until you can do it really fast and then you should be able to make it work. Hope this helps. Jeebs

For instance does the idex finger strum GCEA and the same for the rest of the fingers. Or do the fingers strum different strings for example index GCEA , Middle CEA, Ring EA and little/pinky finger A. Does the roll need to be timed so that the sound comming off is indivudal to each finger rolling? Or can fingers clash? As I am rolling sometimes the reverberation from the index on the C string, affects when the middle finger starts to roll. What is the sound that is correct practice?
Thanks for the feedback and that’s an interesting question. To be honest there really isn’t a right or wrong way to do this so I wouldn’t try to overthink it. If the finger roll is a challenge right now just put it to one side and come back to it later. You can even replace it entirely with a straightforward downward strum across each string from the G all the way across to the A. For me, I like to lead with my pinky first, then ring, middle and index last. Hope this helps 👍🏼

Hi, Jeebs! Thank you for sharing this tutorial, it's been so much fun to learn and you're a great teacher! I just wanted to ask: What are the chords you're playing after the A, when you're strumming at 1:32-1:34? I'm trying to figure it out but I can't tell. (It looks like... maybe a C to a higher C before going back to Bb? Right before the last round of strums from A-Bb-C again.)
Hi Lea, Thanks for the feedback 👌🏻. The chords in question after the A chord are Bb and C. They look a bit funny because I’m used to playing this on acoustic guitar and at the 1:32 mark I inadvertently lapsed into to playing a guitar F bar chord followed by a G bar chord (my bad 😜), but the ukulele chords are Bb and C.
