In case you want to make this, here’s the recipe quick:
1 block of cream cheese
1/2 Tub of sour cream
2 Bell Peppers (she used 1 green and 1 red)
1 bunch of green onions
1 or 2 tomato(es)
Enough salsa to make a layer
Cheese
It’s in the right order, just mix the cream cheese and sour cream to make the first layer.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Enjoy!
Tips: Cut the peppers finely but not toooo finely.
Don’t cut the tomatoes to fine otherwise it tastes *weird* .
Make sure to have enough chips for everyone.
Oh and as someone (@J6SK_CULT) suggested, Don’t cut yourself when making the cheese
