Well whoever installed the openers put the safety sensors in the wrong place it’s supposed to be 6 inches off the garage floor I recommend getting them back out and fixing the problem that they did
My grandpa doesn't have to want to have to deal with them in the winter snow piles up around them and block them and then the door won't close so he just doesn't want to deal with em.
Same here but my garage door is busted and the door opener too. But hopefully my dad gets a chance to buy a brand garage and maybe a 8365 or a 8355W. My favorite operators
I like the liftmaster 3265 better than the 8365 but I still like the 8365 that’s my 4 favourite opener and my first is the liftmaster 3265 so I like the remote on the 8365
TheBrazilianHotDog724 wow, talk about “professional” with the safety sensors like that.... when you pay for a professional installation, you expect it done right... right?
On the old genie How are the safety senors wired? There are only 2 wires at the unit but 6 wires at the sensors ( 2 at one and 4 at the other) ? Help please. I just got one of these and I'm trying to make it work.
These are some quiet openers I may get this one an A +

@Sameer Kabir I already told them about it and they said no.
I don’t really like the way they did the sensors. Does the pressure reverse system work?
Idk haven't tested it yet
This opener is what my grandpa will get after his genie g5000 dies.
I'd just get a genie because of all the electronic issues chamberlain is having right now
@@TBHD724 My grandpa said he always loved his genie, and said he'd be happy to get another one, so maybe that's what he'll get.
@@LukeDoorMan if you do, I would suggest the genie 3120, it's a belt drive with wifi and battery backup
My grandma used to have this opener
Awesome openers I might get a 8365 for my new house if I get a new house

And the gap on the garage doors you need to get the weatherseal designed for around the garage doors and install it correctly
This was the weatherseal from the old doors. They didn't want to use the new stuff
@@TBHD724 They need to stop beong a blank guy and do the right thing

Is this where the genie used to be.
Yes, there were two Genie GX9000s here
They put the safety censors down for the spiders :D

The doors look like Amarr because of The hinges and brackets for the rollers
They are Amarr
Were those openers professionally installed?
Yes.

Yep if I were asked to do the sensors that way, I would just walk away.
What place is this??
It's at my grandma's house
do anther video of your garage doors
I will eventually
WOW NICE
This garage looks like a barn
Because the ceiling looks like a barn ceiling
It's not a barn
On the unit furthest away from the buttons the date it was made was one year before my grandparents 8365 was made LOL
Lol that's cool.
Those openers are quiet, the doors are awesome as well, that was so cool

If you want I would be happy to make a video explaining it 🙂
