brodie i got some bulking tips, coming from someone who has successfully bulked, and taken nutrition classes. Chipotle is great, however its full of sodium so call it a meal and nothing excess. Before the gym, take a blender cup, whole milk, 3 tbsp peanut butter, your creatine, and a quarter scoop of protein powder. That will make you have EXPLOSIVE gym energy, additionally will put on weight. Popcorn chicken (not super healthy, but EASY calories!!), get a tub/big cup of greek yogurt, and granola, vanilla or peanut butter flavored. Another great source of energy.
well since you be looking like an expert, im a young teen. and my parents wont let me use powders like creatine or a protein powder, so what should i substitute for it while making a good shake?
@random__hooman its totally fine to not take creatine till your an adult! (not that its bad, but... what are ya gonna do since your parents prohibit it). Peanut butter is a good source of protein on top of the calories. Not a big deal at all if you exclude protein powder. Its the calories thats important before a workout so your energetic. All you need is a lean grilled piece of meat to make up for the protein powder! Its hella more efficient protein anyways. Track them calories, and pay attention to how you feel while lifting, according to how much food/calories youve taken before the workout. KEEP IT UP!!!!

This reminds me of that. So wholesome. I think how lucky I was as a gay boy to have such a great enterance into a gym and the lifestyle. It was a gym like this too (small and independent where ppl actually cared for you). Taught me sooooo soooo much. Dont even know what my body would be like otherwise.. That was about 14 years ago now. The eldest died. Lives on through these lessons. This was before any social media minus the introduction of facebook. People would read magazines between sets. LOL!
