- These are the best electric skateboard lights! I tested ShredLights at night to see how bright they are, and how well they work. I attached two SL-300s to the front of my Meepo V3 electric skateboard, and I attached two SL-R1s to the back if my board. I also clipped the SL-1000 to my jacket for extra visibility. The ShredLights were so bright! I was really impressed.

Another great place to mount that sl-1000 is to clip it on the back of your forward hand glove. Then you can point it where you want much easier than chest mount. Although helmet mount is even better, it can cause a big shadow. Personally, i prefer glove mount...

I wish Shredlights would make their tail lights “smart” so that it can somehow detect when you’re braking.
That would be epic! I’m happy enough just to have the tail lights though.
