1 3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Tbsp. Coco Powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Eggs (Large)
1 Cup Buttermilk

1 Tbsp. White Vinegar
1/3 Cup Melted Room temp. Butter
1+1 tsp. Vanilla

Love this!! Do you have the recipe somewhere that shows amounts of each ingredient? And also, I’ve never heard of using grape seed oil, does it make a difference in taste versus regular oil?

I thort you not suppose to mix a cake batter to long ,you have been mixing it alot aftr each few drops of color thts alot of mixing ,doesn't tht make cake tough or gummy end of day ?
@@user-jr3kt4ci9w good question. Once the flour goes in, that's when you have to minimize mixing. You cannot allow gluten to form. This cake has baking soda so it's a crumby cake. Thank you for watching 🙂. Hope that helps.
There is also a reason why is always mix small batches of cakes beginning with mixer and once I add flour, I use hand mixing. Too much air in a cake batter dries it out. Almost everytime you use hand mixing, you will get a moist cake.
