The right way to do it is to Take a piece of string and stuff it around the perimeter of the seal then pull the string away from the window while simultaneously pushing the window out .
Is the seal that goes around the window replaceable? Getting ready to do this on my 83 F250 split window. Want to save the window assembly but the outer seal is shot.
Shooot that’s the least of my worries you should see the big rust hole under the carpet. Ole Dixie is got some really bad rust but I knew that when I bought it and still a great truck
I think there’s after market company’s that have them for the big bucks but for $20 and being a regular cab I don’t mind reaching back to open or close mine

Silicone spray on that back window track will work wonders.
