Notice how around 1:10 you can tell he realizes he has a problem (wonder what it was?) and starts improvising around it. That takes real slickness... Unfortunately not all of us in other musical fields are that lucky. You can't improvise around a broken guitar string or oboe reed very easily.
I thought the same... maybe the arm was set to too little weight? perhaps the setting got bumped by accident and he didn't have time to double-check it beforehand.
Thanks for showing real concern out of love rather than just dissing his weight BTW. I love the brotha so much, who knows what I'd do if something like weight led to a disaster. Obesity runs in my family and it's something I've always had to be vigilant about.

I feel the same way, I'd hate to see him get into too many health problems. A little chubby is fine but don't go to excesses.
