Major Props to Stan for putting together this on the water video. GREAT Video and great summary of most! of the features. One note, you might notice a slight flicker on some of the LEDs at times. That is mostly caused by the frequency of the LED's matching the camera frame frequency. Also, could not help but notice that at 9:51 you had a wad of fish off the starboard side of the boat. Clearly shows the power of the sweep mode and the speed 18 rpm!! at which you can scan around the entire boat. Also shows how easy it is to use the LED ring to line up where they are. No arrow, the LED lights on the foot control show you exactly where the transducer is pointing. This is way better in my opinion than having to look over your trolling motor to see an arrow. Thanks for watching and commenting.
There is no arrow on top as there is no top. BTW, the foot pedal led's are awesome at lining up a cast - especially the odd angle cast toward the back corners of the boat. With that, we do have a user that still wanted something pointing off the rail so I had him turn one of our cable clamps vertically and put a 12" yard flag pole ($2.00) under the clamp that pointed strait out to be able see the sonar direction. I suspect he will remove this once he gets used to the LED ring.
The footpedal has two mounting holes and screws and can be mounted in any location. You just want to make sure that it is aligned with the the boat when you screw it down. We recommend using it for a bit before you screw it down. This lets you determine the location that works best for each angler. For rough water or not, we do recommend screwing it down as it is way easier to use locked in position.
Very cool, i just wonder if you pull ypur motor up and the independent transducers are positioned in a position will it interfere with the trolling motor bracket. As you know the Garmin and Lowrance can be set up to stow 180 degree apart - which protects the transducers on the shaft. Lowrance can be

There is just no way to get a mount to work with the sliding shaft tm's - Kraken, Recon, Xi5, Terrova, Ulterra. Wish I could but the way they stow with the motor next to the turning head, there is just no way to fit it.
We wanted to do the Lowrance Ghost and Garmin Force first (which are done) and then the Ultrex Quest and Ultrex. We have them in the shop and design has started. My hope is to have the design done by the end of the year and then test/complete/test/sell shortly after.
This product is definitely not for everyone. For others that might have a transducer on a separate turret and one on the trolling motor, it will allow them to have the same functionality without the extra transducer and chartplotter. So it will save them a lot more than this costs, not to mentioned the space freed up, weight, power draw and complexity of an additional chartplotter.

A skeeter wrangler, paid 6k or so for it new. So I'm dating myself. I just think the traditions of chasing these green and brown fish around are being lost. Even with 50 years of experience in this game I can struggle to compete even at a local level. I Can't justify the kinds of money it takes to have all this equipment. I love teaching new comers some of the tricks that took me alot of years to learn. But with a mess of cash and TH-cam they're wacking these fish that use to take alot of time on the water to catch with any regularity. Enough ranting! As far as product appeal goes what you have is slick! And I wish you success! Good fishing!
Not sure how this is efficient at all? You have to somehow spin your foot on a round disc to get it to move right or left? A manual pole like a Brew City or Sniper Marine would be much quicker. Last thing we need is another piece of electronics with a bunch of clicking on buttons, holding this button, moving back to manual, looking at green lights…. No thanks
I have an older Sniper marine pole and mount and I have to unstrap it, pick it up and manually deploy it every single time I move my boat. That is a complete pain and I often don't put it out because of it. Saying it is more efficient than this Stan's new setup is simply bizarre?

How efficient is it to stay locked on a heading while the boat is rotating with a manual pole mount? Can you mirror the trolling motor with manual pole mount? How efficient is it to actually fish - cast and retrieve - while aiming sonar with a manual pole mount?

That is the foot control. I picked it up to make it easier to demonstrate in my video. You use the ball of your foot to turn the rotor. Much easier than a two button foot pedal.
We will now be hunting fish just as if there was no water protecting them from their ultimate predator. Not unlike what the railroads did for civilized buffalo hunters.

Absolutely, it even comes with the hardware to secure it to your deck. I plan on mounting mine as soon as I decide where I want it.
