Never hammer end cover plates made of cast iron , they are weak for shocks. Patience is the only solution . working on such restorations are always wonderful and self satisfactory. good job , keep it up.
First then all I love your video 😍😍. I love your work hard,I love your tilente. I love your thinking.. I had subscribe the chenal.. I selut you my dear mokenik... Love you so much...
Not bad guys. By the looks ( and sounds ) of it you reused the original bearings. For what they cost should have fitted new ones.. I could hear that they were a little worn when you turned the rotor by hand.. Also instead of just twisting the wires together, I'd have also soldered them or used connector block .. However I liked the way you handled the arc welding and the making of the new end air vent.. Very entertaining video. Well done.
19:26 YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO SOLDER. This is snotting, not soldering. The wires need to be scraped of dirt and copper oxide before soldering, and you need to use Rosin to solder. Learn how to do that, then solder. 19:26 NIE UMIESZ LUTOWAĆ. To jest smarkanie, a nie lutowanie. Przewody przed lutowaniem trzeba oskrobać z brudu i tlenku miedzi, a do lutowanie użyć KALAFONI. Umm! I would have liked to see them restore that volt meter! The sound of that diesel motor covers up the noisy rusty bearings, which they did not replace.
Good work..but the vibration causes the structure to collapse..you have to put a tire bearing wheel..underneath and raise it from the ground will reduce the vibration
I have repaired hundreds of these generators and I have never broken a casing, of course with the tool they use? a hammer and a piece of barilla; what more ordinary guys to work ok🤣
I wouldn't imagine it'll last long, after you hit the windings inside with that screwdriver at least twice whilst getting the straw out. Didn't see you do anything to the inside of the housing/windings, so it'll most likely short out before long.
At the end , the throttle of the diesel engine is fixed. In this case, how the output (both frequency and voltage) of generator can keep stable when load is varying ?
Fake restoration... 1.when the load is given there is no change in engine sound 2.23:58 you can clearly see a power line getting into that distribution box from Behind

First time I've seen you doing something you weren't awesome at, Soldering!
The other thing which i noticed is he hammered the bearings on the insides of them instead of the middle which could damage them really badly
Fantastic very good I liked

Then watch the whole video, damnit!
@@krishnashukla7 I did! Hence my comment…
How many watts is that generator ??? Looks like its all casting and not much power.
How much power dose the generator put out. How many watts ???

Oh no, what a destructive disassembling.
très bien c'est excellent
Quit meaningfull that this generator from 2005 (see plate at 5:10) looks this bad after only 17 years. Nice job though guys!
Very nice job but you had to put pieces of rubber under the generator when bolting it to the steel structure as well as for the engine

show your work with your tech tools, repairing something that uses ancient tools looks amazing
@@freudinkop6801 ancient tools? He uses all types of modern tools. This guy is the ancient tool here tho! Does not know how to properly restore.
I have asked this guy how many watts his generator is and he doesn't seem to know what I'm saying.

Nice work but the welding is wrong. You should make a V-shaped hole and then weld it again.

Das sind Lasten um die 1000 Watt. Und die Spannung schwankt um 200 Volt.
