That’s where I first saw her too! The Netflix reboot of The Babysitter’s Club was really good! And I actually really loved Xochitl’s version of Dawn more than other versions I had seen and read about in the past! Not only because she was Latina this time around (instead of blonde haired/blue eyed like Stacey), but also because of how she was portrayed as the chill and empathetic BFF towards the other girls (like the times she had heart to hearts with Kristy and Mary Anne)! Oh yeah and the episodes where she protested at Camp Moosehead were classic!

Xochitl Gomez is a great actress she did a good job on her role as America Chavez although unfortunately she was given a bad script by the writers. I don't understand how people would be dumb to gave her a death threats just because she plays America Chavez when all she does was just acting and its more of the writers fault. Um, I would wanted to hear some advice about infatuation & love. I've got crush on Emma Myers after i have watched several movies with her (especially Wednesday) and can't get over it. Sometimes I feel like I literally can't live without her, I've studied everything about her, but sometimes I feel better, but it overwhelms me a lot. Plus, I don't have possibility to talk/chat with her because of her fame and popularity, social media restrictions, no matter how much I try. So, I think almost everyone faces with this. What do you think?
I was concerned about that too. Not in a judgmental way on her part, just worrisome. It's great to have mentors but both of her closest support systems are two older men. I think it's common in circumstances where young people in her position (traveling, working, becoming famous) have trouble maintaining and making friends their age which can be really isolating. I just worry about power dynamics and intentions.

It’s weird and even more uncomfortable that Mr. Lautner thought this was normal and funny. The cycle of abuse in Hollywood will continue to persist unless attention is drawn to the toxic power dynamics children and young people are exposed to.
if it is legally problematic, report the relationship to authorities, as a citizen it is some kind of obligation. if legally accepted and you know any non-public issue, well, i don't know what to do. if you don't know anything, well, then that is not your business, not mine, it is theirs.
