It’s such a heartbreaking experience to lose a pregnancy, and I really wish people were more open about discussing it because it can be very isolating to go through it. Nobody tells you the rapid hormone shifts can drop you off a cliff into a chasm of depression that you could never have imagined prior to actually experiencing it for yourself.
It’s actually 1 in 4 pregnancies that end in miscarriage. It’s incredibly common and heartbreaking. It helps me so much to hear other people’s stories.
Hard to think of Jenna having body issues. And she ended up helping her DWTS partner JoJo Siwa with HER body image and negative issues. She passed that on, a gift of her experience. . Val and Jenna are my favorites on the show. So happy for their being parents, too. YAY
