That last one with the glove next to their head looks interesting. Tonight, I finally got the opportunity to run my own my pitching clinic for my 11u team and I based my plan off your other mechanics videos. The clinic went really well. The kids were receptive to the drills and instructions. I've been watching your videos for the last 2 seasons and they've been very helpful. Thanks a lot. My ONLY suggestion would be to make sure we're inclusive of the young women in baseball. Lots of great young girls playing alongside their male counterparts through all levels here. Keep up the great work 👍
Glad to hear my drills were helpful to you and any that were in receipt of them certainly don't want to exclude anyone if there's good female athletes I certainly encourage that again for sharing
Great info at the end on the "leak out". And tip on how to keep them pointed forward.. See a lot 10u kids like my son pull off some and the ball comes off the side of there hands.
How far from the target should pitcher be setting up at relative to the mound distance for there age? I coach 8u and the distance is 40 ft from rubber to back of plate.

@ARMPitchingDevelopment dude that stuff is outdated and played out. Its 2023 stop with the drills you did as a kid with your dad.
