Bought washing machine; amount paid. But when I see my status, it shows the product as ‘out of stock’ . Mailed and called several times but not getting any response. They say that they will revert back but that never happens. Please deliver the product else revert the amount ASAP

Worst service by IFB, do not buy
I bought one washing machine with mobile app operate. There engineer replied.
It will not work. We will not help you for this.
Even after logging complaint Engineer closed my complaint. For Closing there Dehradun head office manager called to get OTP for closing complaint assured me my complaint resolved next day.
He did 2 times. No engineer visit till now.
They took 1000 for extended motor warranty.
I don't know if they are not providing service in first 2 year. And i spended 1000.
They are just making fool.
I am sure they delete my chat and remove me from their FB.
