I am devastated by this. I have lived in Vashist near Manali and recognise some of these areas. My breaks for you. I am going to see what I can do to help. I am poor but surely NGO's will be needing people to go. I'm not qualified in building or medicine, but I can hand out food and be a caring shoulder. I feel I must come. I am so sad.
