Imo they were needed games. No one would have made them so it's a great thing supermassive released them. I agree The Quarry feels like it has a better quality and more effort but the Dark picture game still are good games. + they were not received that badly, I just checked the metacritics score and they actually have good ratings

@@kaiju-dr5qn tbf they are still learning how to do the co op versions, the DarkPicture antologies are kinda new in how they present the story and gameplay(in a coop version, cant remember any game that did it like that). And IMO and looking at scores, each game they release for it is getting better and better ratings. Man of medan was bland and kinda boring without a clear enemy. Little hope was going on the right path but 1 characters felt boring and at the end made it feel like the game didnt matter. House of ashes felt more in line with actual horror movies with action in it, characters felt nice and story was interesting
@@fisguinho i disagree on Man Of Medan: its more about survivalistic scenario on a ship that is haunted by the result of WWII, which is the most realistic scenario you get from Supermassive. Also it has the best heartbeat QTE that forces you to stay calm and focus without much glitch like later titles ( trust me, lots of players clicked on time yet the game registered as a miss lol ) Little Hope is more of a PTSD wheel so ... Take that i guess, sotry is very weak tho HoA is more of a super-natural with military theme that is a good foundation for Love Death and Robot EP3 :) so yeah i praised it alot although it suffered many bugs that kills half of your cast on your first playthrough until you find a roundabout way to play the game or wait for a patch.

Having played the game to an end and going back through with the alt tracks hearing this song knowing what happens to the characters and the fact that i couldn't save them and give them their happy ending because like them i just didn't know made me so sad but also determined to do better.
I REALLY Loved this Song for the Intro - really set the mood. I cant listen to this song now without remembering the Camp Counselor's trials & adventure for their Summer. It really got stuck in my head and I think it would have made a good ending Song as well
