10K really isn't that hard to get too if you eat lots of processed junk. You could eat candy bars and it would be way less volume then what he just ate. Imagine eating 5 regular sized jars of peanut butter, not large jars either. A regular jar which isn't much is over 2000 calories.

@Shovan picchi With all due respect, I dont think someone is going to hell for eating pork. It's not considered a sin, and it's not a commandment, so I think he may be ok. I'm sure if Jesus had a problem, it would probably with the gluttony instead of the pork.
Ashley Jackson nah. It’s forbidden cuz pork meat have bad effects on your body and you can search that on the internet. In Islam it’s forbidden to eat pork meat. And it IS a sin for us. If it is forbidden that means it’s not good for and it’s not forbidden for no reason and like i said you can search by yourself in google

@Tabitha I'm no expert, but I do have experience, and what I know is that is way better to exercise and eat a lot than to look sick,like a zombie, and refuse to eat
Ruben he only posts these type of videos once a week. He obviously has a balanced diet because if he ate all this every week he would be obese or by now probably had a heart attack.
