Tension Is too LOW! You must apply more tension with the screwdriver until the metallic arrow starts to rise , and the stop when It points the little hole in the tensioner plate, that Is how this tensioner must be used. Moreover the camshaft raccomanded torque procedure Is 60nm + 25° Angle , which gives , measured with my digital torque wrench about 130÷135 nm at the end. Be very careful!!

Exactly !
Torque on the camshafts is 60nm, plus 25 degrees angle with a angle wrench.
The tensioner must be raised until the arrow points to the small hole by the center on the tensioner.
Please correct this asap, otherwise the belt can jump out of position !
