Recker Production thank you! I have been shooting most of the time between 2.8 for close up like the eye shot and 9 when capturing larger shot.
I did use the dual native ISO most of the time so 400 in bright environment even if a lot of highlights ( 1 thousand give you more dynamic range but I barely use it ) and 1250 for low light. I tend to push to 600 max when it’s not bright enough and 1600/2000 max when pretty dark.
I didn’t use ND filter for that video and It would have been a good thing to have it because I got a lot of sun for some shot, I was careful to not be clipping anything and playing with smaller focal like 14 in some scenario, decreasing my shutter to 90 degrees instead of 180.
      Hopefully it helps :)

Great job! Let’s nerd out a bit. What mic? Sounds really good. Did you do 60 FPS for the slow mo stuff? When you shot this did you do the interview first then get a ton of b-roll? Thanks.

Thanks Scott! I have a MKH-50 for the sound which is originally not designed for outdoor, but I also and mostly used a mixpre3 preamp. I’m pretty sure I could have got a similar result with a cheaper mic using my mixpre.
Concerning the slow motion, yes was 60 FPS.
I did shoot some some shots before the interview, and when the golden hour showed up, we did the interview. Then I finished my shooting.
