Off tonight to see if enough peelers to collect just starting to moult in Norfolk in the creeks and shallows and hounds arrived here in the last 5 days , been fishing the Norfolk coast from a 7 year old kid in the days when you expected bag fulls of cod , but first year I have ever known the shingle to have the chance of catching upto 16 + different species of fish , you will plan a trip this way I own a tackle shop so would sort the bait and then me and my diggers head your way for a go at one of your local spots , great vids buddy enjoy watching , rays of Runton name shop if you fancy a Norfolk trip give me a bell

We have the same problem, dig all the tyres up after winter. Then you do it again after big seas, then arsoles come down and do them 😡😡😡, take care bud ,and keep them coming 👍👍

Similar problem in the local bay, theirs a family that have been lobster/crab fishing for a few generations and they treat the bay like it belongs to them and people have caught them hauled other peoples pots removed contents then cut the buey off as they dump it overboard. It's not right theirs plenty for everyone.
Do you ever use hard shell crabs 🦀?. £2.50 each wtf that's highway robbery I know they brilliant bait but you only get 4 casts for £10 so I imagine a full session with peeler would cost ALOT..
Crab is for everybody I live in Whitstable for 50yrs and get told I can’t crab but the people who do crab live miles away Thanet and Medway I’m 5 minutes from the beach what a joke
Yes your right they are for everyone bud but just put your own traps out that's all we say if I see others traps I'd leave them well alone as I know the work that goes into it if my traps wasn't there no one would get crabs I'm sure if you went to your local beach and put some of your own out there wouldn't be a problem
I foul hooked one last year with a 12g rod pulled it in backwards and broke free had to jump in and get him with my hands. My rod broke the next cast too crazy

I've heard similar stories of people pumpkin worms fighting over the beach when there is miles of it why can't people collect baits nicely
