    Okay I LOVE this!! 4 moves, the countdown clock, 3 reps, 5 minutes, and for the area that I've had the hardest time changing. This is PERFECT!!!! Hoping to really see the results I am wanting. Thank you Annie!

    Hi Anni, I am 67 and I love doing your five minutes exercise, abs, bum and shoulder.... it’s short and I do it before I go out or before I sit and watch a movie on Television, please keep it up, it’s a hell of a good exercise 💐👍

    I love floor abs because standing abs often don’t work for my hips/body type/age? I’d love more solo floor ab workouts to combine with the solo arm workouts. You are the best part of my stay at home mom workout routine today, thank you 🙏

    Merry Xmas and thank u for these videos I wrote befoe and told u about my HER positive 2 aggressive breast cancer and lymphnode cancer after - surgeries 25 chemotherapy treatments 10 radiation coma in May i am doing my best do get my body healthy qgain thank u so much for devoting your time and showing us all these excersizes it is and you are appreciated agai Merry Xmas and May we ALL be safe and Healthy in 2021 we ALL deserve a better year
