This channel is very helpful. I can listen to Sri Aurobindo's words anywhere anytime. I wanted someone to read his books to me so that I can focus totally on understanding them.
Thank you. I greatly appreciate your effort to put out this content. I have spent the last few years studying Rudolf Steiner and I have wanted to study Sri Aurobindo but haven’t had the time due to my work commitments. This is incredibly helpful for me to be able to study while I’m driving between my jobs during the day. He and Steiner are incredible complements to one another. Again. Thank you so much for your effort.
@Bryan Kirch We are so glad our videos can accompany in that way! The more all the aspects of our life are integrated in the Godward direction, the better we feel and know the grace at work in all things. Note: Some time you may want to check out _Steiner and Kindred Spirits_ by Robert McDermott, which treats of many complements between Steiner and others thinkers, activists, etc. (including Aurobindo).
@BryanKirch I have been meaning to mention to you a book by Klaus Bracker titled _Veda and Living Logos: Anthroposophy and Integral Yoga._ Hope all is well.
@@ourgoldenchange4384 very interesting! Thank you! It’s always great when someone else writes the book you’re looking to research and you can benefit from their labor. I’m excited to read it.
I've only just discovered this material, and I had a dream with sri aurobindo the other night. Im excited to get more into his writings. Thanks for this ❤
Thank you for posting this sacred content. Sri Aurobindo's teaching is truly integral. So many people think they will skip over the hard work and years of discipline it takes to realize and actualize one's Soul or Psychic Being. Any teaching that omits the Soul is a partial teaching and will lead one astray.
Thank you for this interesting video. I have been reading the Life Divine and am somewhat overwhelmed by the convergences between Aurobindo and Rudolf Steiner. I am well versed in Steiner's thoughts, but am still new to Aurobindo. Is this a topic you would be interested in talking about?
Good comment. I recommend the small volume titled "The Psychic Being'" which collects the essential passages. The blurriness arises, I think, because sometimes Aurobindo is commenting on the conventional notion of soul, whereas other times he uses it as a synonym for his own conception of the psychic being. I personally never use soul as a synonym because I agree it can be confusing. "Psychic being" conveys that it is a term of art unique to Aurobindo, and at that level I do think he is very clear in defining and situating it in his pneumocartography.
This is just a respectful suggestion - you might want to consider adding The Mother playing Her composition of Organ music that She titled : " Marching in the search of the Soul". The vibrations and power of it would be perfect for your beautiful reading. Thank you for the great work you are doing. 🙏
Thank you for the suggestion! So very glad you find beauty in the reading. We hope for the growth of aspiration and love for the Divine in every human heart. May God's grace pour into us, mind, body, and soul. 🙏
@@ourgoldenchange4384 Yes indeed. And also - the voice is beautiful because it comes through as deeply authentic - of someone who lives what is being read. That is what also helps the listener to connect and resonate with the text and thus transmits value along with the information and knowledge in the sentences being read out. (In my 40 years at the Ashram, i never heard anybody other than The Mother herself, reading so effectively.) God Bless. 🙏
I find it refrshing to be able to listen to this without music. So often music makes it difficult to hear what's being said. And not everyone -- including me -- likes the Mother's playing of the organ.
The more and more you throw the light of truth of real knowledge the more and more psychic being comes in front. It is my experience Thanks .
Beautiful. Thank you. Love and blessings to all.💗🙏

The distinction between the soul and psychic being needs to be clearly defined as SA's rendition is somehow blurred at times.
