Kolhapuri Garlic Dal.....
This is a very commonly prepared Dal recepe among us in Maharashtra, but your tips and tricks ensures a higher level of flavour in Dal Delicacy of this type. I prepared this dish today ie 17thMarch2024 and now I shall use your favourite term "Idu Vera level" ie the flavour and taste is of very high level. The first (potli) and the last(ghee wala logan Tadka) ingredients are really true flavour enhancers. Though we have prepared this dish many times earlier, today's recepe tops them all. Very interestingly Delicious.

Sir please do dishes like alternative for non veg samayal like you did in vazhakai kola urundai,pala Kai biriyani,pala Kai 65,kalan melagu masala,paneer tikka so on I really appreciate for mentioning that we can do it with non veg I'm not offended by veg dishes I really love and I did more than 30+ recipes just a curious that can be done with nonveg also if that so please mention it like you did before sir.
