Personally I think the world fate is if youre simply in a limbo of being carried around your body like a spectator but being unable to truely move on without true death, like youre dragged back into yourself. This however is a lot more supernatural than it is a bit more practical

This song is a real gut punch when a 2 month+ character dies from a dumb mistake, such as: - Getting stuck while towing a truck, forgetting to shut off the engine and dying to a massive horde - Trying to kill a smaller horde by using fences, only to be tripped by a fence lunge and getting torn apart - Being bit by a single zombie that somehow managed to wander by your base
Longest run’s end so far (I’m new don’t judge) 2 days. I went across the road after some fog had subsided, there was a few zeds outside my house, I fight them off with my pot, and ONE straggler lacerates my chest and scratches my head. the second I see the queasy moodle the next day, I drop off all my stuff and go out with a bang.
The first time i heard this song my character was locked hiding inside in a room, surrounded by zombies and waiting sitting down in the ground, i had to take off my shirt trying to calm the warm of my body because i was sick and high in fever, without knowledge if i was infected or not or what the hell was happening to me if i will survive, just to die alone in that room and be reanimated a few minutes later to break a window, jump outside the room and start walking aimlessly... This is not a game, this is a zombie survival simulator
I love how dramatic the community for this game is, and I get it this game is meant to be as if you were really in a zombie apocalypses, you are not the main character you are not a side character, you are no one, you will die.

For example, I killed 13000 zombies and had enough supplies to set up a base in each major city, but one day while checking the map on the road, I was bitten by a zombie that was crawling without dying and became infected.
_The last thing you remember is that something sharp, long and wet penetrated deeper in your skin, whatever got in your skin trouble between your insides, tearing your muscles making you writhe raising your arms into your neck as well as shove the monster away of you. Overcome by panic, you left that place running as if your life depended on it, reaching your house with an intense burnt sensation. As you close the door and start watching what is going on, you realize you have been bitten. This is it. 'You have been fighting for so long, but it's finally time to rest' you think to yourself._ _Meanwhile you are relaxing, putting the right bullets on your gun to finish you off and don't become one of 'em, you hear how a sudden, strong and grandiloquent string of knockings on your own door amazed you by the strenght of them, there have to be a lot of them. They have followed you. You try to finish you off as a response to not suffer by those monster, but it's useless, the gun is jammed. You do not have the strenght to keep fighting, but you somehow get yourself on foot and lock yourself on the door. As you hear how they want your body, to devorate it and please themselves, you start thinking on your post-life on the apocalypse. Minutes are still going, and you are gradually losing conscience, you try to think, but it's hard. It's like if you were being mutted down. You start to internally scream for your dad, but nobody will help you. You don't have arms to kill yourself, you don't have legs to run away, you don't have a voice to keep some company to yourself. You have been tear down of the world. You are slowly being putting into a nothing, your life was useless, all your efforts were useless. You lost your humanity a long time ago, the only difference as right now, is that you are trapped in your own body. You can still somehow feel how they are eating you, but you slowly fade to black, you have lost the will to live. You are not you no more. There is a missing one inside of you, because you are now one of them. Another survivor will kill you in a future, and loot what you had. It's a cycle you have been part of, other people with dreams like you were, with the hope of survival. It's useless, you are dead._
Fun fact: "Rus mori", the only lyric in this song, roughly translates to "Country to die" from Latin. I know some of the other OSTs from this game has spoken lyrics, might be interesting to see what they translate too if they're also in latin.

I tried to survive in a afraid of monsters themed survival run, the first survivor died by zombie infection and the second died while he was infected by the virus and in a burned gas station, he tried to enter his car… now is one of them…
The deaths that hit the hardest were the ones caused by overconfidence. Ended a 7-month run by running through a tight corner that I thought was cleared.
To the people that have heard this song here are some tips I have learned from my longest of survivals: Noise is risk/reward, always know the reward before you make the noise Don't run, normal zombies are slower than you and running will exhaust you making you slower If a horde notices you walk away, since you are faster than them walking try to gain distance and shove zombies that are too close once you have distance take sharp corners to lose them. DO NOT climb a privacy fence to access an area that is unknown to you, Could easily be a party. Don't get cocky that is how you die or get bit Do not assume you are safe and be prepared for anything. The moment you let your guard down is the moment the zed will have dinner Be aware of your surroundings at all times and check behind yourself frequently AEBS can be found in some radios usually in emergency respone vehicles listen to it often. it broadcasts every hour for 10 minutes and will let you know when the helicopter happens, power and water fail and the weather. Smoker trait is free points. If you are deaf you can shove a door and if there is a zombie on the other side it will pound on the door giving you a visual warning the zombie is there I hope you use this knowledge well as this is what I know so far and good luck!

@@asdawasda practice on lower difficulties first. When you start out, take on one at a time, then work your way to two. I'm experienced enough that I can take 2 bare handed and sometimes 3, but never 4
@@YourPalKindred I just play on default settings and throw the whole world away anytime I die, went through probably 3 dozen characters and now I can go months without any serious injuries aside from the occasional leg scrape. When you're a veteran cars become the real killer

I remember how it just happened, I was recovering from a fracture but my low patience was what doomed me; we were about to make an excursion into the rosewood prison for the first time and I still went so I didn't miss out on loot. Grave mistake. A horde took my life due to one of us closing the door on me without knowing, by when I opened it, it was too late. One of the zombies bit me and that made me get stuck inside the horde. My character is still zombified inside the prison.

@JoeSmith-qy6qo It's shrimple, really I had the car doors locked as i drive and i got out to loot a burger joint, leaving the key in the ignition so i could get away quickly, zombies show up, im exhausted, and i try to get in the car, but the doors are locked and then i get buttfucked

I tried to survive in a afraid of monsters themed survival run, the first survivor died by zombie infection and the second died while he was infected by the virus and in a burned gas station, he tried to enter his car… now is one of them…
This sountrack is really disturbingly. You realize you've become one of them and maybe someone will die from your bloody hands.
The deaths that hit the hardest were the ones caused by overconfidence. Ended a 7-month run by running through a tight corner that I thought was cleared.
No the hardest death is when ur car didn't start cause the motor is red and ur surrounded by zombie
To the people that have heard this song here are some tips I have learned from my longest of survivals:
Noise is risk/reward, always know the reward before you make the noise
Don't run, normal zombies are slower than you and running will exhaust you making you slower
If a horde notices you walk away, since you are faster than them walking try to gain distance and shove zombies that are too close once you have distance take sharp corners to lose them.
DO NOT climb a privacy fence to access an area that is unknown to you, Could easily be a party.
Don't get cocky that is how you die or get bit
Do not assume you are safe and be prepared for anything. The moment you let your guard down is the moment the zed will have dinner
Be aware of your surroundings at all times and check behind yourself frequently
AEBS can be found in some radios usually in emergency respone vehicles listen to it often. it broadcasts every hour for 10 minutes and will let you know when the helicopter happens, power and water fail and the weather.
Smoker trait is free points.
If you are deaf you can shove a door and if there is a zombie on the other side it will pound on the door giving you a visual warning the zombie is there

@@asdawasda practice on lower difficulties first. When you start out, take on one at a time, then work your way to two. I'm experienced enough that I can take 2 bare handed and sometimes 3, but never 4
@@YourPalKindred I just play on default settings and throw the whole world away anytime I die, went through probably 3 dozen characters and now I can go months without any serious injuries aside from the occasional leg scrape. When you're a veteran cars become the real killer

My death on my perma-death private server with my friends. I remember how it just happened, I was recovering from a fracture but my low patience was what doomed me; we were about to make an excursion into the rosewood prison for the first time and I still went so I didn't miss out on loot.
Grave mistake. A horde took my life due to one of us closing the door on me without knowing, by when I opened it, it was too late. One of the zombies bit me and that made me get stuck inside the horde.
My character is still zombified inside the prison.

I had the car doors locked as i drive and i got out to loot a burger joint, leaving the key in the ignition so i could get away quickly, zombies show up, im exhausted, and i try to get in the car, but the doors are locked and then i get buttfucked
