he is not in jail because there is no criminal case against him, the victim has not made an accusation against him, twitch is not forced to report anything and its a huge problem for them to do so, so they wont. What doc did would most likely land him in jail IF there was a criminal case against him and he could be investigated for real, since there is no criminal case or a victim accusing him there is no reason he could go to jail, but he could have raped a girl and as long as no one make the acussation he would be in the exact position he is now (even if the twitch messages he sent were admitting to raping a underage girl).
