  • This is only for the 2011-2014 Super Duty's. All Ford parts used.
For the 2015-2016 Super Duty's watch • Installing Ford Factor...

You can probably do the same thing in 2015-2016; the only difference is the C913 plug, for 2015-2016, is a ten lead plug instead of six leads. Super Duty's have three different harnesses.
1-Without cab lights, analog radio, and airbag (if it does have satellite radio), the wire for the antenna will run parallel with the harness but separate.
2-With lights, analog radio, and airbag
3-With lights, satellite radio, and airbag
The OEM harness without lights is missing the two wires and light connectors. I found it easy to get an old harness of a 2003 and above super duty with cab lights and integrate it into the factory harness using the correct pins for Motorcraft pigtail WPT-285. This is cheaper than waiting on Ford's backorder parts with no ETA. A new harness will run for around 60 to 170 bucks vs $15 at the Junkyard.
    Thanks for watching!

I know it's a 2 year old video. But this is exactly the video i was looking for. I have an 11 superduty, and i was hoping to see a video showing the location of plugs and headliner removal, etc. This was perfect! This was a first-class job! Very professional! Thank you for posting!

No hack magic. Super clean and professional install. Nice work.

Dude this is an amazing video. I accidentally bought a wiring harness for the 2015 and the other day I cut out the cab light wires from that harness since I can't return it, I was wondering which pins to plug it into and I just happened to come across this video where you show exactly how to do that. Thanks!

Good job on the install. I've been wanting to have some cab lights installed on my truck. But I got a question have you had any leaking problems after drilling your roof for the lights? Because I've been hearing mixed things about drilling into the roof of my truck to install cab lights.

Nope, no leaks, if you do the holes at the right size there won't be any leak.

Hi, long shot you’ll see this, but I have a f-250 2014 with satellite radio, without lights, with airbag, and for the life of me cannot find a 2003ish harness for a reasonable price, do you think I could just buy a new 17-22 year harness for the lights from gorecon? And do the same method you did here? I’m not positive it uses the same pigtails that connect to the actual cablights is why I ask. Thank you

Hey! yea no I don’t think the pigtails for the lights are the same. Just keep an eye on Pull-a-part. Any 250, 350, 450, or 550 before 2016 to 2000 should work, I’ll have to look at 99, 98, but I’m positive they should also work.

Great video! I have a question, what size were the terminals that you put in the connector?

sorry for the delay, but this is the connector I used (WPT-285) which is the OEM that comes with the Ford Harness. I just bought an extra one and grabbed the pins I needed. (www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08547CNDY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

I was wondering who was wearing the Hooter's Uniform in the reflection in the grill in the thumbnail.
Shoutout to Mrs. Collazo shop helper. lol
Good choice on the Sylvania Zevo 194 Ambers.
      I used them in my side markers on my Vic, and have a review on them;
