Although it's priced right considering the market. It has no curb appeal, even with the excellent paved driveway. It comes off as grubby. The builder left worthless trees to save money, and the backyard is an eyesore. The ceramic tile is a snore. The garage floor is nasty😂 More pavers out back is nice. The carpet killed the masters appeal as well as the 70s decor . The master shower was great. It's gonna require a special buyer. Thank you for the tour.
@@jamesmaccari9128 thanks again for watching the tour. I think we share most opinions for this one. I found some features to be nice, others I didn’t care for like the carpet in the rooms, or the faucet in the kitchen sink. These days builders are only clearing out what they need as far as trees go in order to build. Yes, it’s a money saving tactic. I believe this one will sell, it may just sit for a bit, or come down a little more in price. Thanks again for the support. I hope you keep enjoying your on this channel.
@iamjosegreyes Yes, we agree on most things. Of course, my comments do not reflect on you because you are providing a great service, and it is highly appreciated. Carpet? I bought a car and online the interior looked bad but in person it was great. The carpet doesn't show well in the videos. I suspect in real life it doesn't look half as bad. Actually, you are the one to know, and maybe you can mention it looks better than it shows. Thanks again.
Hello, this home is not my cup of tea. I find it to be quite gloomy. It is very dark even with all the lights on. Too small as well....very cheap builder! Thx for the video regardless. 😊😊
