Thank you. I'm 62, retired and divorced for 25 years. I've been following you channel for over a year now and watching a new video has become a cherished part of my Sunday morning...along with my coffee and a cinnamon crunch muffin from the local Sam's. At my age, it's all too easy to be cynical. Your channel has helped to remind me what it's like to be young and in love, just starting a life together. Although I have two wonderful sons (30 & 28), I had forgotten much of the joy of just starting out. I live in Springfield, MO and over the years of my youth experienced most of the things that you both are now going through. My parents heated with wood for many, many years and they lived on 5 acres out in the country in my teens and early twenties. I went through all of the things you both are now experiencing...and a bit more. Pigs, a small few cattle, a MASSIVE garden, etc, etc. But I digress. So easy to do at my age when talking about the past. Thanks again for helping remind me of the joy and oppitmium for the future that I lost somewhere along the way. Talk soon...
We are of an age. Watching these videos reminds me of how it was just starting out with our own home and all the work we did and are still doing to make our place the one we imagined. Enjoyed reading your post and even though we are older plenty left to enjoy and learn. ❤
I'm also 62. I've been watching these videos for several years now. After 23 years of marriage I'm currently without a partner. I may be aging but I'm young at heart and I sooooo look forward to watching these videos every Sunday!! Sometimes I find myself binge watching them!! 🥰
Me too! 63, just started watching these guys about 1 year ago. I'm from Springfield to, but Springfield Mass. Single, Great Grandmom to a new 1 year old....wish I chose a life with a garden, chickens. Kind of scared to live in the woods alone. All you hear about these days is testimonies of horrific encounters, with Beasts of the earth. Hell has been unleashed. And as long as these rural dwellers remember the Name of Jesus, nothing can harm them. He is the Only One who can save us. God Bless
I'm from Missouri as well. I'm just outside Kansas City. I'm falling in love for 41 yrs now. About 12 years ago she got MS so badly that she had to start over... after 5 wks in the hospital she was home bound with a walker. I work 2 jobs now but love every minute we get together. We enjoy the Sunday morning routine on 'Back Road Blend' and hopefully the opportunity to watch 🌻Ally's channel 🌸 and then 🎣 Trout & Coffee ☕... To ALL who have loved or are surrounded by people to love ... We pray for and wish you the best blessings.
@@michaelnash9970 We know Jesus took ALL sickness and disease on the Cross, so I pray that lying spirit of MS leave her NOW, in the Name of Jesus, and we thank you Lord for your great mercy to walk in Divine health, all the days of our lives. And that there is not One feeble among Your people. Stand on His promises daily....And may God's Love & Peace fill your hearts and home
watching your videos really changed my life!!!! i have been watching for 2 years now really enjoying it. Ivisited New England last year OMG was breath taking in the winter not much to do but was so amazing with my girlfriend... we both enoy will be visiting again this year end
Hi guys! 🤗 Congrats with the new baby to the family!! Harper is so cute 🥰 Mo will come around, she's used to getting all the attention and it will be nice for her to show him around and have a lil buddy😍💞
Ummm , so happy you finally bought bought a reliable truck! No judgement here, but a mom of kids your age , makes me feel better and I don’t even know you! Wait….. should you by an s* load of gravel for you driveway? If you add to it year to year it will be soooo compact. With love from your fellow New Englader in Chatham , Ma.
Wonderful video and what a sweet kitten. Consider the risks of having your cats outdoors. I grew up in the country in the 80's with many cats and my parents let me take in strays that had to stay in our barn. I lost a few to coyotes, my oldest cat Alley came home with her neck tore open after being treed for days by coyotes. Somehow she survived. After becoming an adult I never let my cats roam outside again out of fear. I have one now and he's a happy guy. Another youtuber lost 2 of her cats last year to coyotes. I didn't want to darken the vibe but warn you that it happens easily. I know one shouldnt live in fear but that fear is from experience learned the hard way. I understand the mindset of wanting them free and happy but know the risks and do all you can to mitigate the dangers. Once they bond they'll feel safe roaming much farther. Unsure if kitty GPS collars are a thing but when mine was treed she didn't make a peep, I couldn't find her until she showed up days later with wounds.😢 *I'm sure many will be annoyed I said that, thats fine. We all have varying opinions but as a cat mom who lost her cats to coyotes I wanted to warn that it happens more then people know. Once you two get chickens, Fox and Coyotes will take note of the property fairly quick and the cats will be at higher risk. I have a farm so fox and coyotes are always nosing around. It's tough to get someone's tone in txt but I'm saying this with good intent.❤
I’m glad you said it and I completely agree. When she’s so tiny as well, all it takes is a second for a hawk/eagle etc to swoop down and grab her. I unfortunately know several people this has happened to (with adult cats) and it’s devastating. I know which youtuber you’re talking about and I’m so dismayed that she is letting her new cat do exactly the same after her former two were killed. 😔💔 It seems like Kyle and Ally only have Mowgli outside when they’re with him (which I know still isn’t totally safe), so hopefully the kitties won’t be allowed to free roam. They have enough space to build an amazing catio onto their house - I’d love to see them do that.
I have to agree. Domestic cats are easy prey for coyotes, birds of prey, even neighboring dogs. I have a neighbor who has lost no fewer than seven over the last few years. They have 12 acres in the country but no high, unnavigable fences/ways to keep the cats safely in and the wild things safely outside it. Yet each time they proudly show me a new kitty I just wryly think “one more for the coyotes.” Then they make such a fuss when something happens. Cats who go outside have high chances of dying by age 5. Look up statistics and make good plans for protecting your fur babies.
please keep your cats inside. letting them roam outside isn’t a good parenting plan. might be an ‘awe’ moment but they are easy pickings for wild critters
Love your videos, thank you. Being a city west coast girl but country at heart, the first time I saw a bald eagle in the wild I got so excited when I took a photo it didn’t turn out so well but it definitely is in my mind’s file cabinet. I’ve been to NYC but not in the spring so now you’ve inspired me that my next trip will be in the spring. Love ❤️ adorable Harper.
My weekly medicine these videos from Kyle, I lost my grandmother yesterday morning. This content allows me to put things into perspective and console myself.
I’m so sorry that your grandmother is no longer with you the way she used to be. Sometime, I hope soon, you will find her back in your heart, soul, and memories. As long as she lives in your memories, she will never die. In the meantime, my friend, grieve, take really good care of yourself, and let those who love you support you. I will hold you in my prayers.
Kyle, NYC was the perfect opportunity to put a 💍 on it . C’mon man Ally is the one for you and we all know it and can see it in every video. That would be a life changing event everyone is waiting for!!
Harper a unique name for a kitty love it ! Mough will for sure show all the tricks of the cat trade living at the homestead ! My first out loud word when I saw Harper was AWW !
As a *NASH* ... I definitely approve the song.... 'Our House' 🏡 ... This is a fabulous video. I live in Florida, but have been to New York City many years ago. Central Park was a top spot for us to visit, your video brought back some of my fond memories of my New York trip and your new kitten is beautiful, I too, just got a new kitten. He was found on the side of the road & has only 3 legs as it appears the mama cat's cord may have wrapped around his right rear leg causing it to die and atrophy off. He brings me more joy than I can describe. I hope you all have many years of joy with your new kitty as well. Thank you for sharing your trip & all of your experiences.
Ahhh. NYC / Central Park from an ex NYker I thank you / been years....Bald eagles flying .... awesome...Harper. Awww SOOO precious. Congrats on the new addition to your family. Sweet. Great video
My husband has New York City on his bucket list of places to visit. Me not so much. After seeing the beauty of spring in the park, hearing the musicians , having this glimpse of the vibe there, I’m feeling different. Thanks for sharing, through your perspective, the experience. Harper is adorable. Congratulations
It’s cool, but there are better places to visit. It’s more iconic and an idea than the reality lives up to. But if you have the time and money to spare, go have an adventure there 😊
Congrats on the new addition! She’s gorgeous! We just adore Mogaley & little Harper is adorable too! You & Ally make our Sundays so enjoyable. Always looking forward to y’all’s next videos. ❤
Harper is adorable 🥰 love your adventures, building, traveling, and beautiful scenery you share with us. Your both amazing and thanks for taking us along 😊

I’ve only ever seen one bald eagle 🦅 live in the wild… it was on a Christmas morning on my way to see family for the holiday. Kitty!! So so cute! Thanks for taking us to NY with you.
