Doña María del Rosario Cayetana Fitz-James Stuart y de Silva, 18th Duchess of Alba de Tormes, Grandee of Spain: before and after. Biography in photos.
Cayetana de Alba was the most titled and unusual woman in the history of the modern aristocracy.
The 18th Duchess of Alba was married three times, twice widowed. Cayetana gave birth to six children, danced flamenco, loved corrida, rode a horse, painted. Also she was a socialite.
Because of the illness Cayetana was forced to do more than sixty of plastic surgery, which turned her face into a senior mask. But this did not stop her from enjoying life and pleasing others.
They put a monument in her lifetime, which obviously amused Duchess.

I never knew that angels were able to mate with human women in Genesis chapter 6? I never knew that minotaurs and mermaids were all a part of that? So it makes sense when the History Channel says that there's creatures out there. Marfan syndrome I was always fascinated with and that's what brought me to this marvelous woman. This creature that God created. We are all here we are all thought of from the foundations of the world. We are all in this time this generation and history is taking place right now. We know for sure that we're all going to die. But spiritually we do not have to. The Bible says a person who is lost without God that has nothing to believe in but themselves in the ways of the world but they are miserable. Those things run out the end and they don't give us any happiness. I wish everybody would stop saying she was mean. I actually cried. I took care of hospice people. Some of them were horrible rotten very mean some things to me that no one should ever say to a human being. Then I looked at who they were. Really took the time. To see how they lived and what brought them to the present time. Then I understood. We are born where God puts us. We could have been slaves or we could have been in the generation of Noah. We could have been in the generation of Sodom and Gomorrah. We could have been born black white slaves or free. We could have been born being tortured. God's people the slaves and Israel that Moses set free we're making mud and mud pits to make those pyramids and palaces for Egypt. I don't believe in fantasies I make sure there is historical proof and science to back these things up so I know.. These things existed whether you believe in God or not. in Exodus some of those slaves for 400 years marked with their feet in mud till they died Waiting for God to free them. finally Moses came along. Whoever believed that way I could be freed. I can't imagine anybody not wanting to be free. which brings me to Jesus Christ. He came to be murdered for our sins.. whosoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved

I just don't understand how she could DARE to go out in public!?!?!? I would be locked away - in my palace, of course, with my priceless jewels strewn about - but there is NO WAY I could go out and mingle, even with my friends!!! She is uglier than Camilla!!! She was a beautiful woman inside and out. I wish sometimes beautiful women would just leave well enough alone because I doubt what she would have looked like by aging naturally could have looked any worse than what the plastic surgeon did to her at the end of her life.

Dona is another a male to female transgender. If you know male/female skeletal differences you can see 'she' has big square skull, deep-set eyes, thick browbone like a shelf above eyes, wide shoulders, wide wrists, large trachea, thick trunk-like long neck, long humerous bone(upper arm) , smallest part of 'her' waist is below the elbow indicating large male rib cage etc.
Please look again with this in mind and do research if you have time, into real-life transgender timeline videos as they transition and you will see similar traits. But remember the Elite have the best access to operative and HRT procedures, wardrobe dressing, hair/makeup stylists etc so they will look very 'passable' at first glance.

This is a comprehensive study of a most remarkable woman... She was a Lady.... in the true sense of the meaning... Showing her aging through the years by 'time lapsing photography' is amazing.... A FACT we should ALL pay attention to... We don't remain beautiful 'Princesses' forever, do we? She managed to "weather the aging storm" as gracefully as she knew how. So what if she tried to keep up her looks later in her life? HER choice... I'm very sorry to see she made a bad choice in Surgeons... But I will say something.... I'm not all that knowledgeable about royal families but I think I saw some resemblance between the Duchess and Queen Elizabeth and Queen Frederika of Greece who I believe was a cousin of the Queen of England. Maybe all three of these ladies were cousins?
