Revision Rhinoplasty via Sedation

I had a Local Sedation Open Korean Soft Silicon Rhinoplasty at Kosmed Clinic Manila.
Around two weeks after i noticed that my columella is not straight. And the projection of the nose is not straight.
I had my consulation with my surgeon. And we both decided to revise my nose to have a better outcome.
And i underwent another operation which is Revision Rhinoplasty via Sedation last October 2, 2023
2. Healing Stage eto ang masasabi kong pinaka mahirap na stage sa lahat. Lahat na lang ng nagyayari sa nose mo eh nakaka praning.
That is why im giving you advice not to dwell to much sa mga rhinoplasty grouo while your on healing stage. Kasi nakakawala ng positivity. Kasi from time to time may makikita kang mga negative posts online and nakaka affect sayo yun sa iyong healing.
That is why i leave the grouo. After ko matapos ng aking revision. And always sorround youself with positive and good thoughts.
3. Sa mga tao na gusto mag undergo ng rhinoplasty. I would suggets na pagipunan ang additional na 10k for sedation.
Why?
Dahil na experience ko na ang Local and Sedated Rhinoplasty. Based on My Experience mas maganda ang outcome ng looks mo pag sedated.
Iwas pamamaga. Iwas sobrang pasa. And less android to no android stage talaga. And mas mabilis and mas madali ang healing process. Promise!
4. Huwag madaliin ang process it will take a while talaga. Basta matuto na sumunod sa mga advices ng clinic at surgeon para iwas problema.
5. To prevent scarring. On the day after operation eh tanggalin ng mabuti at dahan dahan ang mga scabs. Kasi the more mas maraming scabs na nakadikit sa balat. Sila ang ngcacause ng scars na ngiimprint sa balat mo. Kaya panatiliing malinis ang areas na may mga tahi.
6. Para sa mabilis na healing. Drink Pineapple Juice before and after operation. Sabayan ng Arnica Pellets. Before and after operation din. Para iwas pamamaga and bruising.
7. If ever something went wrong. Consult to your surgeon immediately. At wag na mag ask ng advices sa mga non medical professionals or mga tao o kakilala ma ngundergo ng rhinoplasty. Dahil bawat tao iba iba ng katawan. Ibat ibang cases. At ibat ibang outcome. So always talk to your surgeon lang kasi sya lang makakasagot sa inyong mga problema.
8. As a medical professional also. I also would like to educate the public to stop Doctor Shaming. Or clinic Shaming. Dahil as a professional my self.
Hindi sa isang di inaasang outcome eh eto na ang magdidikta na how bad your medical skills.
Look for a online journals even sa youtube. Even the bests surgeons in the world. Nagkakaron din sila ng problems sa kanilang mga clients. And inevitable daw talaga kasi yan.
Bsta always remember lahat ng medical professionals eh ginagawa ang lahat para sa ikakabuti ng kani kanilang patients.
If ever man magkaproblema. Go back and talk to your surgeon. Lahat ng bagay napapagusapan ng maayos. And naayos sa mabuting usapan at sa tamang medical consulatation.
9. Before and After Rhinoplasty.
Gawin ng tama ang mga Do’s and Dont’s. Wag lang maging kampante na dahil kilala at magaling ang iyong doctor. At mahal ang oagkakagawa sa ilong mo eh wala ka ng magiging problema.
Ang outcome ng magandang nose eh nasa magandang pangangalaga din ng may katawan.
10. Always be Grateful and Thankful to your surgeon sa lahat mang magagandang compliments na inyong natatanggap dahil sa inyong pagbabagong anyo.

Hello! Did you have to pay for the nose revision pa po?
Hindi po
Ano po nangyari nakashed din po ako s kosmed nextweek..
Sa healing po eh di naging pantay ung collumella po. Kaya ayun pina revise ko po. Kay doc din po. Now okey naman na po.
after how many days post op mo nakita na hindi pantay? pantay ba sya nung una?
Usually kasi tlga sa una nmn tlga lahat ng operation eh mukhang haggard sa umpisa.
Pero nakita lang tlga sya sya at napansin simula nung natapos na mawala ang scabs ng mga sugat.

Pero im happy naman and kinda contented to the current nose i had right now.
