Keeping a positive cold air pressure inside the grow tent will be much more beneficial in keeping Ambient temperature down inside and also it will decrease dust accumulation inside the tent….. Being a mining enthusiast I find your videos very informative. Good Work Sir…
Hi Shivam. Thanks man I appreciate it :) You're right about the dust. I have noticed that my cards are getting dusty. After installing the active inline fans on the intake side, the pressure has balanced out a bit. It's still a bit negative but not as much as before. I think the cards will get less dusty. Temps have dropped by another 2-3 degrees.
Thanks for the guide. Can you tell me where to get the shelf you're using? Going to check your page for an update to the heat. As my basement is very warm but we are setting into winter months and will use it to heat my house. I will then we switching to figuring out how to get it out of the basement and keep everything cool
Hi Steven! I found mine on amazon. Look for Wire Rack or Wire Shelf and make sure the dimensions fit inside the tent. Leave some space at the top for the exhaust fan and some space from the sides for the air intake. I got mine to be a little bit smaller so that I have room to move things around a bit.
It's similar here Bos. The rigs were in my basement and at one point I was pushing 37 degrees. Since I put up the grow tent with the ventilation, I am roughly around 25 degrees which is nice!
@@BosHK 25C in my basement outside the tent. Inside the tent I am averaging around 35C. With the fans turned on to anywhere from 80-90%, the GPUs are running at around 50-60C most of the time.
Hi StrongMan, if you have the ability to do so, then that would be good. I have my exhaust fan at full speed, and the tent probably leaks air a bit. That's why I figured actively adding air on the intake side would help. It did but not considerably. The yellow industrial fan had to stay there to help.
I'm unsure of the intent behind the question Gosen. You can do anything in an illegal country, but that comes with repercussions. I don't recommend doing anything that is considered illegal where you are.

the lower tubes provide fresh air?
And the top pulls the warm air out?
That's correct yes

Mostly worried about a big enough rack I can fit inside a grow tent

@@DaniTalksTech thanks for the response
@@sketterman10 My pleasure Steven. Sorry for replying late.
Its 33-35C where I am....need to sort my heat mgt out. Have you considered placing the bottom left fan onto middle rack below the rx cards?

@@DaniTalksTech 25C! Oh I'm definitely going to give it a go when I get back home.

Bro, i think I could increase the pressure in the exhaust system to have more air exchange, more negative pressure

Sir..is it possible to mine in illegal country??
