If time totally stops inside a black hole, can we still say that time still exist inside a black hole? I know this may seem as a silly question. But smart aleck answers aren't welcome. Thank you.

Time doesn't completely stop inside a black hole. It just slows down. The change is so small that its closer to ceasing.
