Borehamwood Police Station PT1, The Bullies of Borehamwood Get Hands On

  • Hi Guys
I went to visit Borehmawood Police Station/Council Office, at first I thought it was going to be uneventful considering during the first interaction the officer happily removes his thin blue line gang sign (first time for everything)
Boy was I wrong after speaking with a very civil council official things soon took a turn for the worse when 2 so called sergeants come out and earn the above.
As you can see I clearly was not happy so forgive me for the bad language but given how i was treated all decorum went right out the window.
Part 2 will follow shortly where I'm in full blown angry Scotsman rant mode dealing with ignorant and obnoxious officers of the law again apologies for the bad language

Gang members by their nature are lawless imo and these sergeants are clearly in the gang. They find you guilty based on feelings and their own opinion ehich has NOTHING to do with the law! So then they assault you and say that the assault is fine because they believe one man over another with zero evidence/investigation.

Credit to the first Officer for the way he goes about his business. The badge is not a good look and it does upset many, but it worries me more what wearing a 'mourning' badge permanently does for their psyche, or indeed feeling part of the public. The second officer and more importantly the Sergeant are, as you say, not required in our force. Well done, fella.

The employment contract needs to be changed for these individuals. Instead of just suing the police force, which ends up being paid out of taxpayer’s money. Each individual needs to be liable too. A movement needs to be set up to bring this into force. I for one would join this movement. Because I believe it would stop the majority of these tyrants. Always ask for the crime reference number. Only the landowner can ask you to leave not a member of staff. Officially that sergeant solicited a trespass which the landowner has not asked him to. Taxpayer funded and so are their wages. I wonder how many real terrorists they've stopped.

There is no such concept as "soliciting a trespass" in UK law. A trespass isn't a criminal matter as it is in the US - a constable has no power in law to remove a trespasser unless they are preventing a breach of the peace, if a constable does elect to remove a trespasser they do so as an agent of a landowner.
Stop watching US videos and copying their slogans into the UK... It doesn't transfer like that.

The first sergeant solicited a tresspass from the council employee by asking if they wanted you to leave. The police frequently ask people what they want to do - whether they actually want someone trespassed from the property or not. Aparently this is neither illegal nor uncommon and does not contravene the police duty of impartiality. Am I misinformed?
