We did it over two sessions so it wasn't too bad on me. I've had a lot of practice doing roles like that. It's more fun than you think.
i also imagine having done that voice enough that it wouldn't be too bad. i can do a similar voice and after a while your body gets used to it.

Well, technically speaking, Atoms and Magicules are actually different things in the world of Slime. Both are mentioned for different things in there, though the things related to atoms do only come up much later into the story.
I haven't read the light novels I only know what has been released via the anime and manga. Sorry. :(

- In the world of Slime, Time Stop works very differently compared to in other stories. In Overlord, everything is invulnerable while time is stopped, and the ability user has to use Delay-type magic to do anything there, with it activating the moment time starts to flow again.
In most Japanese stories, everything is as normal when time is stopped, as in that everything is fixed in place unmoving except for the ability user and that the ability user can interract with, move and harm objects and people while time is stopped.
In Slime it works very differently, instead being more scientific in how it works. While time is stopped, everything is stopped, including the movement of light and of atoms. This means that even the ability user will be incapable of seeing, hearing or sensing anything physically. Moreover, since atoms are frozen in place, everything is the opposite of how it is in Overlord. That is to say that the slightest of touch WILL break down what was touched at the atomic level, breaking apart, or rather being now divided while time is still stopped. In short, everything is absolutely vulnerable while time is stopped, with the only defense to this for both others AND for the user being to be a higher spiritual lifeform that doesn't rely on atoms to be kept together.
In a special bonus episode, rimiru wanted to make a bean bag chair in his image. He asked one of the dwarves if he knows what styrofoam was. When this happened great sage explained what styrofoam was and showed his molecular structure. Atoms do exist in this world
@@jkm7983 interesting. I've yet to watch that episode(likely the OVA episode that recently came out since the bean bag chair fits the theme of that episode), so I didn't know about this example.

That Time I Was Reincarnated as a Slime was that anime that got me to laugh at least once an episode, and I don't laugh very often.
You got me to laugh in your first episode, so I'd call this a successful abridgement.
I laughed so hard that I blasted about seven miles of farmland to dust. Veldora and I have the same problem.

Really? I found the second half extremely disappointing.
There are no interesting side characters, or even characters who act like they have brains.
For example: Dryads, who are totally cool with Rimuru building a town or streets in their forest. And if you apologize, you will be instantly forgiven all you sins, like eating someones family.

@@HJohannes the secod half being disapointing was something I was expecting as I already read the source material, because if tbey put everything when they only had a couple of episodes left the finale would probably be also underwhelming, also aperently the people involved of making the anime didn't know they were getting a 2nd season so they tried to "hook" you in so you would read the LN, the director said that the 2nd half would be very different of they had knew they were getting a 2nd season (that probably means they were not that happy with the 2nd half). Plus since I knew the source material the only way they could reach a satisfying anime conclution was by skipping some important world building, and character moments. But lemme say that the 2nd season will be a banger. Just know that ALOT of important details,world building, and character moments were lost in the creation of the 2nd half of the anime...
