Bra Kofi. Thanks for the tip. The key tip to avoiding fear on your first flight is the knowledge part as mentioned. Learn as much about the things you don’t know and have good anticipation on what is happening around you. Eg. Know when it’s time for takeoff, landing, cruise….etc and what to expect on this phase of flight.
As a pilot myself , I know the announcements made aboard the plane is all part of a strategy to keep passengers in the known on what is happening.
