Glad to offer this song as a grounding tool. It's SUCH a struggle to stay in the present. I have to re-mind myself at least 100 times a day to come back to NOW. My favorite mantra is: Breathing in, silently saying Here; Breathing out, silently saying Now. Over and over again... Thanks for coming along. 🙏🫶
