Chicago Marathon 08.10.2023 - RACE DAY / PB!

Hello and welcome!
Today is race day. I am attempting to run the Chicago Marathon and run PB.
Can I run PB? If so how fast? My previous PB from Apris 2023 is 2:48:55.
It was an exciting day. Early start the day, running a marathon and then stuffing myself with pasta and well-deserved rest.

Nice run, Yogi. I like how you filmed the start of the race, really the most exciting (for me), just wish you had a little more live race footage, since it is always nice to get a different perspective from us turtles in the rear, but I suppose you were busy doing other things! Chicago is a great marathon in a great city, be sure to do it again sometime.

Hiya.
Sorry unfortunately couldn't record much of it as I was running for the time, chasing PB and didn't have gopro with me. Only phone and it is quite hard to run and record on the phone. I have done 5k beanie hat with gopro. Also this year in October I am running again so I will try to make more video but can't promise. Definitely there will be video from 5k Beanie hat again as this race I take as my shakeout run. I will try to make more from runner perspective. I will also try to sign up for other marathons where I can slow my pace down and share how it looks from my point of view. Maybe I could do video sub 3hr. :)
