it actual beats the FireStick4K speeds, here is why, FireStick4K has only 10/100 LAN Connection due to USB 2.0 connection, but Buzztv VidStick has USB 3.0 and supports 1 GBit Ethernet. if you watch Speed test you can see how good the speed gets with Ethernet extension at 33:00.

When it comes to buzztv app, it is smart enough to know which player is best for your livetv provider. And most provider only broadcast on 720p. So if you bring external player buzztv app wont use it.
this remote is Bluetooth and IR, for me i have no issues using Bluetooth, but you also get a IR Sensor extender and you can hook it up and unpair the remote and use it.

Some of friends have experienced problems conmecting other devices using bluetooth,
yes true, but buzztv do have a beautiful Air Mouse remote called ARQ-100 which all buttons made with Buzztv app in mind, plus air mouse to fix your issues with scrolling with netflix and more mobile apps.

Listen I really like this guy cause I BELIEVE him. he comes across as very honest and informative but the video is 3X longer than needs to be. I'm a fan of XCTECHS and thus watch with skipping parts here n there but the avg TH-camr sees 36 min and moves on. Please as a friendly suggestion work to make it a 10-12 min video. the unboxing is nice to show but not 12 min of it... 2 min would have been more than long enuf. with editing and concise info (not elongated repetition) XCTECHS could easily make it a 10-12 min vid with all their expert info and be watched by at least TWICE as many viewers. BTW XCTECHS deserves that cause I have spoken to to the person making this vid and I'm honestly telling you he is as honest and helpful as they full of passion for this stuff and he imparts more than anyone else any help and information you could ever need.... but please for your own success trim this type of highly extensive / informative review vids to max 12 min
Did you have problems getting to the main menu when you bought your buzz tv stick and it said device not authorized. Need to contact service. For Serial number ??

please don't mix up superbox which is chinese brand with buzztv which is Canadian brand. its like going to Bestbuy or going to dollar store. Buzztv do not come with IPTV due to quality of the box and sticks. Superbox started to give you less and less channels and also if you have i see no VOD and no TVseries supported by them.

you are dead wrong, Firestick have 1.5GB RAM and only 8GB internal storage and lock OS no MicroSD/USB connections same goes for TiVo Stick. but one thing you said is correct is comparison, cause TiVo or Firestick they are Android TV OS which is totally locked, and any apps you want you need to Jailbreak and install meaning 100% illegal. Just to clarify, but your info about being slow is dead wrong. if you can prove it? show off.

get Ugreen Ethernet Adapter or Buzztv Ethernet adapter, then you can just hookup and it works.

no use the USB thumbdrive and that is not a Sim card it is a MicroSD.

How can I speed up the Buzz TV stick, it lags a bit between apps and remote navigation is a bit slagging.

Buzz tv is slow, no comparison between tivo 4k and fire stick, Buzz tv stick is slow and keep freezing
