I love this review and my question was about the recording setting! I had the older version! And i was not sure if i had to leave it on or off to record after! After a few tries! It just didn’t work out and sent it back!! Now this one is awesome!!

I've always ran my shields now for years but to me seems like the iptv part is just unlike anything else out there? Seems like in most good reviews like yours I'm sold. Are they avadible still? I never say no to something faster. I dont play games on my shields and its pre loaded with a bunch of junk as a more main stream name? Is that correct in your opinion? I think I'm going to buy one off Amazon?

That is under settings under the buzztvbox you set up when reboot to go a livetv and last channel. Needed assistance contact support and say to send you step by step guide to fix this issue.
I have spoken about oh this is a good feature and I do not like this features to cause it is over 20 minutes video I have also written little part about what I liked and what I didn't like. Compare with this box? do you know any box that has these features ?? and doesn't say Nvidia shield cause that is a gaming console that should be compared with Xbox or PS4 or 5, not an android box.
So I am trying out this box, and it says it should play 4K video, but it totally does not! It goes all green pixelated and mangled and simply won't play! I tried out a $60 T95x box and it plays 2160p no problem. Am I the only one here with this problem??
if you go to TH-cam app, it is pre-installed called TH-cam TV and once you go in press ok on the video go to settings and you will see by default it is setup do to your internet correction at that moment you can change it to 4K or 2160
I've purchased 3 of these boxes and there are many problems. CBS all access for example will not play video under any circumstances. Hulu crashes after you watch appromimately three TV shows. It's one fast box otherwise.

Since purchasing this box I have yet to be able to connect a Bluetooth game pad to the xrs4500. Trying to connect a PlayStation or Xbox game pad to this box and it won’t connect for some reason. Help with this would be greatly appreciated

Since i do not speak French, i want to answer in English, I have played with MAG which use to be solid box then Dreamlink which use to good too now days Buzztv kicks anyone's behind, they are on the ball on fixing things quickly. there is a lot of hate from people around the competitor's i hear but almost 99% of them are just not true. cause they just bring hate so there units could be sold.
Full version dont mean you will find everything, full version means what the box authorized to have. Plus we do not see a need to show playstore. It dose not make any special to have it cover.
I buy a buzz xrs 4500 it works well in TV mode, but I'm not able to back back 4 days in EPG mode, arrow to the right it presents me the show and goes back without playing it, once on about 20 it plays me what adjustment can I make!
as i know the buzztv 5 app will be available but no eta has been given to us. that means they are waiting for new model to be launched and few months after the new model run good then they will update older models.
It would have been nice to know if the Play Store was a full working version instead of just an Android version I don't know which one it is it would be nice to know that thank you
The Google play-store is the one google provide and approves you on, its not something you can hack it. specially with buzztv and other companies like minix, Abox and MeCool, they want to be legit boxes, its fake brands.

I have the remote for the Buzztv 3900 and I have accidently pushed the red button on the remote. It has put a lock on the channel and I want to remove this lock because it is my favorite channel. If I push the red button again it ask for a password. How do I get this lock off my favorite channel or is there a standard password? Thank you.
I just bought this and I want to use my 4tb and 3tb external drives (both in fat32) but it won't allow me to. If I go to the storage tab in settings they show up but it says "safely ejected" every time. I have no problem using my 8gb & 16gb usb flash drives but I want to use my hard drives. The MyGica model I purchased 5 years ago can read them but not this model. Any advice? Thanks in advance
@@xctechs the 8-16gb flash drives work no problem. Trying to avoid reformatting my 4tb and 3tb since they're almost full. Just weird since my old MyGica reads them no problem but this one doesn't. It reads it but says "safely ejected". Thanks either way

For some reason it wouldn't work at first but when I formatted it using mac disk utility and then plugged it into the buzz tv android box it read it and asked to initialize it. Doesn't really make sense but at least it works and not just limited to 2tb
XC techs they will loose a lot of sales If they don’t add that wonderful feature , I only purchased this box because I was able the change the MAC address
I really doubt many user would want that feature , unless they are trying to hide or bypass their service provider , plus buzz would not be able to obtain licenses they would need for some services , if you want to get around get block use a VPN or findstream router
its not about if you can, its all to do with Netflix wanting every box creator to licence the box, which is not cheap. so that is why you can't get 720P even.
@@tilted12345 Nvidia shield is androidtvos but they are huge video card company. These guys paying 11million for 6 months is like buying cookie for his morning coffee. For small companies like buzztv is like taking a huge mortgage for something people really not buying the box for.
Buyer beware from experience the customer service with this company is absolutely horrible. They never got back to me 40 days after I purchased the U5. It was overheating and kept on buffering because of the overheating, they asked for a video which you have to wait until it happens if you catch it at the right time. They told me it was out of warranty. I personally would not buy another product from them.

And the guy talking to me was very kind, informative n helpful.. past way thru conversation I asked him same question (slightly different way) cause it sounded JUST like the cool guy on you tube who made those cool entertaining steak experiments later I found out called Guga. He also denied having any clue what I was talking about but despite respecting his reply I still believed 99% it indeed was Guga. Listen if u are Guga u should be proud was u are just a genuine n kind on the phone as you come across on those vids. And even my 21 yr old whom u typically would never appeal to likes n thinks u are cool. Be proud n either way I really like Guga n really liked the person whom I spoke on the phone. A kind big heart is always real n u have it

I upgraded from xpl3000 to the xrs4500 max and the difference was huge!

Good question, schedule recording is enabled on this box. But honestly I have not played with it. But as i know it should work.

my capture card is 1080P maybe that is what you are saw.

remember that creators and Dev team are not in US. so those apps are not something they have worked on.

for 2021 and 2022 XPL2000 is real old.

The Bluetooth Game pads i have used worked, but i have used the Matricom's gamepads and not real xbox or ps3 or ps4 controls.

What Quality will a IPTV service play in
if your livetv is in 4K it will play 4K in 60hz,
So it does not come with a pre loaded IPTV subscription correct? You have to but it separately?

This box is (( NOT )) preloaded, the box do have a app that will bring you VOD short cut and live button on the main screen. that is all.

How do you take off the air mouse once clicked?
if you are using air mouse click the arrow button to turn it on and then turn it off click on it again.

If your channels cones with cc u can see it but press left arrow key to check if ur channel has it.

The internal storage XR has 16GB and XRS have 64GB / RAM is 2GB in XR and 4GB in XRS

Easy to fix, go to menu and lock catagory then select your channel use 0000 as password. Then it will show you a color button to remove from lock.

It takes a lot longer than 20 minutes to do a backup mine took 1hour 10minutes just let it run till it reboots.
backup is always real real slow, that is why it is not in our video on how to. but using the box is the best thing.

This can read max 2Tbyte, partition it in 2Tbyte and retry,
For 8GB or 16GB make sure the partition is Fat32 or NTFS.

That didn't work either. Just tried partitioning my 3tb into two 1.5tb and still same problem :(
