Tactical gear use your AP, armour, DMG bonus and DMG reduction if your level is low and zombie level is high then it'll happened try to increase some DMG reduction and armour

an easy way to find them is go to your cooking station > below you'll see a button named "filter" press that and then check on the jump increase catergory.
then it will show you all your recipes that gives jump increase
