I'm a retired British Master Baker Confectioner, I loved watching everything in this bakery. It reminded me of all the early mornings and how proud I was when I stood back and looked at what I and my team had made etc. You all should be very proud of what you do. Your products are amazing and I only wish I could work alongside you all. It amazes me how we all work on similar products and finish them differently? Thank you all it was great.

This is amazing. That baker is seriously talented! So cool to watch someone who's so precise and relaxed. Just thinking of how much time and effort he's put into his job and learning how to do everything. The bakery looks so cute from the outside too in the day time. Would love to visit one day!

*Посмотрела с огромнsм удовольствием от начала до самого конца. Периодически занимаюсь различной выпечкой,балую своих родных. В этом ролике можно и есть чему поучиться. Спасибо уважаемому пекарю и его команде, за предоставленную возможность посмотреть на их работу. Смотрела и восхищалась ловкими движениями и виртуозным обращением с тестом. Вам,автору ролика, также большая благодарность,что показали их ежедневный труд,я думаю не только от меня,а от многих зрителей. Судя по всему, ему большинство начинок подготовили и отвешены на каждую порцию заранее - бери и делай. А мы сами все начинки сначала готовили, а потом уже и тесто разделывали. Ему в этом плане попроще. С тестом обращается ловко и профессионально - это факт. Печь на продажу труд адский, а по ночам - вдвойне. Творческих и профессиональных спехов мастеру и автору ролика в их делах!
Ассортимент конечно огромный. Чем больше ассортимент, тем выше трудоёмкость.
Благодарность, уважение всем этим людям за такой нелегкий труд!
Какое богатство ассортимента! Какая чистота! Каждый четко знает свое дело! Это счастливые люди!

Меня удивило разнообразие выпечки. Как всё организованно выполняется работа, все продукты находятся под рукой, всё быстро и всё слаженно. Это не простая работа выпекать хлебобулочные изделия. Следить нужно за выпеканием, чтобы не сгорели булочки. У вас аппетитные изделия получаются. Желаю вам успехов и терпения.

this baker is so fast, methodical and his goods are baked to perfection .by hand .every morning before shop opens ,and I bet everthing is sold out before the end of the day .they obviously love what they all do ,I know it's hard work because I also worked in a shop bakery .but I 've never seen any baker work at that pace .

This is so calming to watch these talented Bakers ply their trade. One thing that I'm sure they enjoy is their quiet work environment. I'm quite sure he hurries himself each day but when he sees his customers as they choose their treats, I'll bet this is where he gains his rewards. My grandfather & grandmother came from Germany and owned their own Bakery but made Breads, Cookies and Stolens.

Seeing this brings tears to my eyes.
I am over 50 and as a child I loved waking up in the morning and smelling the smell of fresh rolls, bread and pastries.
At that time we lived right next to a baker who knew his trade, as shown in the film.
Nowadays there are hardly any real bakers left in Germany. Only this industrially produced crap that we get served, which has nothing in common with the quality of that time.
My goal is to visit Japan one day. I look forward to the remote areas, the cuisine, the traditional crafts, the people, and much more.

Notice that the background sounds are on,but you don’t hear them talking in the background. They are just concentrating on the work. When I would go to Japan and import pearls I was amazed that they all have this work ethic. There would be hundreds of workers in the building and all doors open but quiet as a mouse. I admire them so. Work is quiet but fun is fun. Lots of talking and laughing! Great video now I need to eat!

I bake as well but usually one thing at a time. If I had to juggle that many things all at once, I’m pretty sure most would ended up burnt.

Have you tried walking to any small bakeries near you? There are literally thousands of them across the country. Most are very good. My family were also bakers.
