    Spot on!! Thankyou for this reminder....of myself 😢 It truly is terrifying doing this I know....& terrifying also when being abandoned again when triggered....trying to heal this for soooo long....feels impossible at 55 😢

      It definitely feels overwhelming at times, you're absolutely right! That said, the fact that you're working on it and learning about it in order to grow says to me that you're not the kind of person who will give up easily! Even being able to recognize your own patterns is such a huge step in the right direction! It's important to keep growing but also remember to look back at how far you've come every so often too! :)

    Thank you for this video! It's so hard to listen to it in a way cause it is like a reflection of all our struggles... it can feel so overwhelming. I want to give myself a hug so badly cause she def. didn't deserve to feel that way about herself but it is also my responsibility to heal those parts of myself...

    People who are genuine are being themselves, people make small mistakes etc. Its the cause of autism and narcissism. Then we all use stupid rules and assertions. The narcissist uses the rules as manipulation to autistics. Some people with emotional regulation and suport end up just like being nice to everyone, not having these assumptions about other people being a specific way. Like its normal to think people will need emotional support, not emotional enmeshment. Your feelings are yours. Anyone who states boundaries deserves them to be respected. Just becausr they might be "Autistic" and have this insecure attachment style migt lash out, as any human who is in a survival attachment style would. Ask questions. Idiots with degrees are still idiots.
    The most important part about this anxius attachment style is its prone to sensory overstimulation both internally and externally, ive had these regressions of every skill. Not fun when youre always in unstable relationships and housing, all of it is absolutely normal. Everyone works the same. Degenerates take advantage of the less fortunate and make "Autism" some kind of scourge on the earth.
    Narcissism is exactly the same as "Autism" but wholly consumed in their unrelenting pushing, demanding, emotional draining, physically draining demans in the name of "get a job you lazy bum!" Like, i would if i didn't get diagnosed on thd downlow even by the psychologist as an "autistic", with ABA therapy which is teachig narcissistic emotional rules including enmeshment and manipulation, also people pleasing due to these. It's gross. People are aggressive toward the autustic but the person who actually feels badly and wants human connection is punished for being pushed into dysregulation.
    Then you figure you've become a "tax revenue generator" and told "no, thats ridiculous." But never helped or given the correct tools ro figure life out besides going to a damn job that never alllows you any stability.

      I was bf skinnerized maximally as a child. Amplified operant conditioning where my father would come home from work in a tornado right in the door. Then immediately shred everyone in the house unless you were smart like me and hide in a dark recess so you might not get it as bad, then zero rewards ever. Only getting destroyed when you fail.

      Compare autism with narcissism is stupid. Many autistic people have some sort of intellectual disabilities,lower IQ, except Asberger, who has very high IQ. Narcissists have average IQ and can do harm intentionally to harm somebody,autistic people don't do it intentionally, they act like that because of their disability and their capacity, its not intended to harm other even if it gets harmed. It's unconscious.

    How to heal from an anxious Attachment style? Well, heal your inner child. HOWWWWWW!!!!??????? Instead of explaining how to work on the emotional level. you describe the symptoms!!!!!! You just explain that rationalizing won't solve it, and then you proceed to explain how to rationalize...... I am so fed up with this shit, can someone EXPLAIN ONCE how to work on the feeling level, and not the rational level.........

      I can’t speak for everyone but what changed the game for me as far as healing was plant medicine (mushrooms, ayahuasca) paired up with daily practices (medication, breathwork, stillness, gratitude) ultimately requiring my awareness in the here and the now. Rewiring my brain.
      Understanding that healing my inner child will take a lifetime and as u chip away at her/him in time you’ll realize that you’re ways ahead from where you started. It’s becoming curious with your feelings and seeing where they lay in your body and tending to that part as gently as you would a baby. Understanding these feelings are a part of you but they do not define you.
      Feelings are a part of the human experience & they can be very telling if you become curious with them instead of trying to get rid of them.
      I hope that was helpful, i can’t say everything id like to say because it truly is so much. Healing is not linear but it can be so incredibly beautiful 🌱
      I would definitely try out breathwork/meditation or grounding exercises on TH-cam & see what works best for you. Day by day ✨
