I was a barista once upon a time too. I think instant espresso is great in terms of accessibility! For people in dorms, camping, or those who don't have the budget for an espresso machine.

Is instant espresso same as instant coffee? if it is then pouring hot water first is a bad idea ig.. it tastes bitter
