Edited: might I add that some of the instruments in Sea or East Asia have the same rhythm in their traditional instruments (just quite accurate). And Sputnik V wasn't quite wrong as well from what he said.
I agree that KZ really made this song better than the original. Jessie J was also a contestant of the show and the big winner at the end. She knew that she is one of KZ's influences. KZ's Real Gone and Say Something on that show are worth-watching.

Maybe the reason why you resonated more on this (kz's) version is because kz sang it so passionately (as always) - meaning and giving feelings/emotions, not just to the song as a whole, but to every word of the lyrics. 🙂 (btw, i don't usually give comments but i realized i just did 2x today in your channel.
