I do recommend hot water instead of capsaicine. It takes longer, 10-20 mins. But the heat goes much deeper into the foot!

Unfortunately there aren't any soccer cleats currently on the market that will fit with Correct Toes. Diadora and Adidas tend to be a bit wider than most others.

I have now learned the habit of using toe spreaders, and barefoot shoes. When I see my old shoes I feel bad for letting my feet suffocate for so long!

    Thanks for these tips.
I'd like to know what those toe devices were as it wasn't very clear to someone who is unfamiliar with them.
    Cheers!

My understanding is correct toes help you when you’re weight bearing. would correct toes help circulation while feet are up? Thanks!

I am a 57 year old runner who has developed painful PF but only in left foot. I have taken Chi running class that certified my gait as OK, but I need higher cadence. Anyway, after nine weeks of conventional PF treatment with a DPM that did result in reduced swelling and diminished pain, I went out for a mild 1/2 mile run three days ago resulting in a complete return of intense PF heel pain despite taking it easy and wearing high arch orthodic during the run. Anecdotally, over the last few years I have felt some numbness and tingling sensation in both feet despite being active, having perfect blood sugar, and good nutrition. So, I am going to try your program 100% to see if that works. I have ordered correct toes, I am looking for wide shoes (I am a 4-E, 11.5) with a wide toe box, I am going to massage throughout the day, try your suggestions for stretches that don't irritate the PF, and try to improve blood flow with strengthening, external crème, targeted massage, walking, and rolling. What else do you recommend? My goal is to be able to run again, pain free.

Hi, John. We're sorry that you're going through this pain, but considering foot-shaped, wide toe box shoes will help. The use of Correct Toes will help speed up the process in terms of natural foot positioning and proper shoes will help keep your feet healthy. There's not much more we recommend because there has been much success with a simple switch of footwear. We believe and hope this will work for you, just be patient. Also, keep in mind that we offer a full money back guarantee on our product, so if doesn't work for you, you can always return them. Let us know if you have any further questions. Best of luck, John.

What do you recommend for soccer players who are constantly between indoor and outdoor soccer cleats/shoes that unfortunately all have narrow toe boxes?

CT 415 did you ever find and answer to this?

@@cesaravalost7247 Yes after too many years, you are lucky you won't have to do as much research as I had to. For indoor look at the Vivobarefoot Primus Trail FG. For outdoor look at the Vivobarefoot Primus Trail SG. They are both trail running shoes, but are wide, extremely flexible, have a zero drop and have studs. You are welcome.

CT 415 thank you!! I was researching this. This is invaluable information! Thanks again! Have you been using CT and minimalist forward all these years? What’s your experience process been like? I’m only two months into this

@@cesaravalost7247 yes after the age of 24, (currently 31) after the decades of damage was done. It definitely helps in every way. Minimalist shoes are the only shoes I use now.

I'm told I have a high Arch and a flexible foot, supposedly this is a bad combo. I've tried most everything even what you suggest in this video, is there any hope to be pain free with my flexible foot and high Arch.

i wear vibrams toe shoes/five fingers shoes. what if you need an even wider platform than correct toes can provide? custom shoes? are there brands that make shoes for weirdos like me with toes shaped like ducks feet? ninja shoes? 🤔

    • @correcttoes
      @correcttoes  7 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Hi, Evan, and thank you for your inquiry. Are you meaning what if you'd like to offer more of a spread than what Correct Toes can offer? Or are you looking for wider shoes? Soft Star shoes offer fairly wide shoes and you can get most styles in a wider form. Also, Drifter Leather (www.thedrifterleather.com/) offer custom shoes to fit individual feet. Hope this helps and if you have any further questions, feel free to give us a call at 503.243.2699

I have Fivefingers. They weren't molded wide enough with enough toe splay so I heated up the joint of the shoe witha heat gun and pulled apart the toes. The sole will come apart in that area, just press it back together untol cool once you have the toes pulled apart.

+C “Big2Nut” Antonio You really want to use a heating cream because the heat encourages blood flow to the area.
