GHANAIAN WOMEN COOK AND EAT GHANA FOOD IN A SMALL VILLAGE | LIVING IN AFRICA
Living in Africa provides the best opportunity to try a variety of flavourful dishes. Ghanaian women in a small village called Kasee in the Ada area (Greater Accra Region of Ghana) cooked a local Ghanaian food native to the Ada people. This fufu like Ghana dish is a little different to your regular fufu and we also do not eat it with soup as you generally will do with fufu. Either way it was tasty and the local produce used made all the difference. West African Cooking in General produces an array of flavour with most dishes, should you visit any west African country be sure to try at least one local dish.

What I just watched was an amazing display of West African Aunty physical prowess in action.
The superhuman strength and speed when they stirred the kokonte. The superhuman durability as the handled the hot pots and tomatoes in the fire.
West African Aunty physical prowess is real.
Btw the woman describing the cooking process is a cutie pie!

I appreciate all the knowledge shared! Im moving from USA to a small villiage in Mozambique in 3 months. I am so worried about cooking and sourcing food but at the same time it is what I am most excited for. This wonderdul family has definitely provided me with some ideas, yet I know I have an abundance to learn. I love how it is such a family affair to prep the food. My potato chip eating, American children are going to get to know how and where their food comes from real quick! 😅😘 What a wonderful time to share as a family. ❤

Fish is a very common commodity in my area and my people love to cook. Don't be surprised a 10yrs to 15 years girl will cook this meal without hesitation.
