garbage :D you can hear the difference in the background noises whatever you call it, they do lower the volume when they turn on the mixer
I honestly don’t understand how she makes cooking sound so soothing..
Whenever I try, it’s a bunch of frustration and banging of bowls
you can prepare the ingredients beforehand , clean the place you're going to cook on , and maybe cook alone if needed(
Sameee I get so frustrated even when making simple things- Like I literally fail making ‘the perfect coffee’ I have seen a tutorial on yt and it has only 4 INGREDIENTS.

Ah yes. The effort behind the scenes to making these videos so clean is pretty intense. It usually involves pre-weighing ingredients; making trial runs to test the recipe; cleaning obsessively; and massive amounts of practice. The care you need not to bang the bowls can be pretty intense (like a game of super monkey ball..) and if you do bang to bowls then there's audio editing tricks you can use to mask it.
Point is don't feel bad about it. It's just practice in an additional art. Half of these videos is performance.

I’m here to say that, this cake made me popular in my family.
The measuring was little “to little” (i had a bigger pan than 15cm) but if you double the recipe and follow the exact video, everything will be PERFECT.
We couldn’t get enough of it so i made 3 cakes in a week... The taste of strawberries and the berry syrup that balances the sugar, makes it better than store bought.
For those who wants to try this, you would be addicted to it if you are a fruit lover.

I tried this recipe and everyone loved it! both the cake and the cheese were very fluffy. i mixed up the directions for the last layer of cheese and ended up having to toss it, but it still looked beautiful topped with the layer of jammy strawberries
