I have seen professional actors do worse. As of yet no American I have heard has done an accurate Aussie accent, some comedians have got close but thats it.

But how your muscles are laid out and how they pop along with the ability to gain equally is all genetic. They're taking the hard work and skill part out and making the genetics the 80 percent and the skills the 20 . To where sports are 20 genetics and 80 skills

constantly training to failure is the same psychology as constantly pursuing the 1RM over periodization. It's a visceral process that is a manifestation of needing to be the alpha male and perhaps being in doubt of your alphaness.
interestingly, athletes who think about how much they love what they're doing during their sets tend to outperform people who go to a dark negative place. sorry don't have a reference for the research at this point.
