Vinland Saga is a great anime, probably the 3rd best anime of 2019 after AOT and Mob Psyco S2 (personal opinion). But one thing I have to disagree on "the best hand to hand combat" of 2019. According to me best hand to hand combat of 2019 goes to "Kengan Ashura".
All the animes of this year were awesome.Demon slayer,attack on Titan s3,Vinland saga,dr stone,my hero academia,The promised Neverland they all were awesome. And really Vinland saga is underrated.It is very good.

Askeladd is pretty interesting and a unique character as a watcher's perspective to be true; like he isn't a psychopath straight forward killer but is a complicated character and really has a selective personality unique of the generic characters you see are common in many animes....He is quite a thing to watch and by the end of the series he really changes a watcher's perception of him as he gets so much hate for killing thors at only his introduction and also he has such complicated resolve you can't tell where the plot can lead him be,shady sometimes but yes that guy won't go down without a fight and wish the writers give him a deserving end if he need be dead(It's the anime impression i got of him,can't say much about manga though :3)

It's a great story , already completed available chapter's (manga )which is still going.
Askeladd is pretty interesting and a unique character as a watcher's perspective to be true; like he isn't a psychopath straight forward killer but is a complicated character and really has a selective personality unique of the generic characters you see are common in many animes....He is quite a thing to watch and by the end of the series he really changes a watcher's perception of him as he gets so much hate for killing thors at only his introduction and also he has such complicated resolve you can't tell where the plot can lead him be,shady sometimes but yes that guy won't go down without a fight and wish the writers give him a deserving end if he need be dead(It's the anime impression i got of him,can't say much about manga though :3)
